You upload a spreadsheet of people to call. The dialer rings several numbers for every free agent and only hands over the ones a person answers, so your agent hears “hello”, not ringing. The caller’s details and the script are on the screen. When the call ends the agent picks an outcome (sale, call back Thursday, not interested) and the next call is already connecting.
