What you get

The full branded webphone surface, end-to-end.

Every card below is a shipped capability. Hover for emphasis; click any matching feature for the deep page.

Served from your subdomain

webphone.your-brand.com — not a vicifast subdomain. Add it to your existing brand DNS; we issue the Let's Encrypt cert.

Your brand, end-to-end

Logo, primary color, app name, support contact — all pulled from your BrandConfig at request time. No "powered by" badge.

No phones to ship

Agents launch the webphone in Chrome / Edge / Firefox. Mic permission, login, dialing — same flow as any softphone, no installer.

WSS direct to your box

The webphone's audio path is browser → Asterisk on your box, over WSS to port 8089. The platform never sits in the audio path.

Same hot keys as the legacy agent screen

Pause / hangup / disposition / transfer all on the same key bindings VICIdial-trained agents already know. Zero re-training; supervisors do not need to teach the floor a second keyboard layout.

WebRTC HD audio out of the box

Opus codec when both sides support it, falls back to G.711. No "echo cancellation" tickets — Chrome / Edge / Firefox already do this better than any USB headset firmware.

Per-agent diagnostics

Mic level, jitter, packet loss, codec — surfaced inline in the webphone so a supervisor can troubleshoot "my agent says calls sound choppy" in 30 seconds without an SSH session.

Works behind every NAT we tested

WebRTC ICE negotiation runs end-to-end. No "open these ports on the agent's home router" support thread — the browser handles it.
