Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated · June 13, 2026

VICIfastprovides a managed predictive-dialer platform. We run the server; you run the campaigns. This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets the line between legitimate dialing and abuse. It is incorporated into, and expands on, §7 of the Terms of Service, and it binds every customer, sub-user, and reseller. Because you bring your own SIP carrier, this AUP applies on top of— not instead of — your carrier’s own acceptable-use rules.

1. You are the caller

VICIfast supplies the dialer and operates the box. It does not place calls, choose numbers, write scripts, or select lead lists — you do. You are solely responsible for who is called, when, with what caller ID, and on what legal basis. Compliance is an operational responsibility you own; the platform gives you the controls, but configuring and honoring them is yours.

2. Prohibited use

You will not use the Service to:

  • Place calls or send messages that violate any applicable law — including the TCPA, the FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule, the FDCPA, state telemarketing statutes, federal/state/internal Do-Not-Call and known-litigator lists, call-recording consent laws (one- and two-party), and the rules of any country you dial into. See our compliance reference.
  • Run robocalling, autodialed, prerecorded, artificial-voice, or ringless voicemail campaigns without the consent the law requires, or in breach of abandoned-call-rate limits.
  • Spoof or misrepresent caller ID — neighbor spoofing, impersonating a person, business, or government agency, falsifying STIR/SHAKEN attestation, or displaying numbers you do not own or are not authorized to use.
  • Operate scams or fraudof any kind — government/IRS/SSA, bank, or tech-support impersonation, phishing or vishing, one-ring / “wangiri” schemes, lead fraud, or reselling the platform as “fraud-as-a-service.”
  • Send spam or unsolicited bulk messaging over SMS, email, or carrier routes.
  • Engage in traffic pumping, access stimulation, or international revenue-share fraud (IRSF), or any pattern that artificially inflates carrier or termination billing.
  • Transmit content that is harassing, threatening, hateful, harmful to minors, or that distributes malware.
  • Attack, scan, overload, or attempt to compromise VICIfastinfrastructure or any other customer’s server; or resell/redistribute the Service outside the reseller programme.

3. Caller-ID & number use

You may present only telephone numbers you own or are explicitly authorized to use, with accurate caller-ID information. You are responsible for the STIR/SHAKEN posture of the numbers and carriers you bring.

4. Consent, Do-Not-Call & opt-out

You must obtain and retain the consent the law requires before dialing, scrub against all applicable Do-Not-Call and known-litigator lists, and honor opt-outs and consent revocation promptly. The platform offers per-trunk Blacklist Alliance scrubbing and DNC controls, but enabling, configuring, and enforcing them is your responsibility, not ours.

5. Monitoring, investigation & cooperation

We do not pre-screen the content of your calls. We may, however, investigate on receipt of a complaint or on detection of an anomaly, inspect call-detail records and metadata as needed, and cooperate with carriers, the FCC and FTC, USTelecom Industry Traceback Group requests, and law enforcement. Nothing here obligates us to monitor, and our right to investigate does not make us responsible for your traffic.

6. Enforcement

For any breach of this AUP we may, at our discretion and with or without prior notice, throttle, suspend, or terminate the account or server immediately and without refund (see §5 Refunds and §11 Suspension & termination of the Terms), require remediation as a condition of reinstatement, and report the activity to the relevant carriers and authorities. We are not liable for any action taken in good faith to enforce this policy. Resource and traffic-pattern abuse is governed by the Fair Usage Policy.

7. Reporting abuse

To report suspected abuse of the platform, email abuse@vicifast.com with the number(s) involved, approximate date and time, and any call recordings or evidence. We review every report and act on confirmed abuse.

8. Indemnification

You indemnify VICIfast against any third-party claim, fine, or penalty arising from your use of the Service, including regulatory action and carrier claims, as set out in §14 of the Terms.

9. Changes & contact

We may update this AUP as regulation and abuse patterns evolve; material changes are noted by the date above. Questions: support@vicifast.com.
