VICIfast
TCPA Command Center

Your TCPA exposure across every campaign, ingroup, and DID.

Per-state rule sets, abandonment tracking, and A/B compare — one 360° view.

Most VICIdial operations have some pre-dial scrubbing. What they don’t have is a single view of TCPA exposure across the whole operation — abandonment trends by campaign, calling-window risk by state, DID-level signals, side-by-side ingroup comparisons. The Command Center is that view. It doesn’t replace your litigator scrubbing; it shows what scrubbing alone can’t see.

What it covers

Six things your dialer doesn’t surface on its own.

VICIdial tracks calls. It doesn’t aggregate TCPA risk across the whole operation, apply per-state calling windows, or let you compare two campaigns head-to-head on drop rate. That’s what the Command Center adds on top.

Per-US-state rule sets

Calling-hour windows, consent expectations, and DNC mechanics differ by state. We maintain a rule set for all 50 states + DC and apply them to your dialing so you are not tracking each one by hand.

Custom rules on top

State defaults are the floor. Layer your own on top — tighter windows for a campaign, consent tiers for ATDS vs manual dial, list-level DNC mechanics your counsel specified. Custom rules stack on state rules; neither silently overwrites the other.

Drop-rate & abandonment factors

Track the FCC’s ≤3% abandoned-call ceiling on a 30-day rolling window — abandoned = no live agent within 2 seconds of pickup, the timer VICIdial’s Drop SLA enforces — alongside the dial-level and agent-availability signals that push you toward it.

360° dashboard

Exposure isn’t campaign-scoped. See it across campaigns, lists, DIDs, and ingroups in one view — instead of piecing it together from four separate VICIdial reports.

Date-range comparisons

Day, week, and custom ranges with rolling-window overlays. A drop rate climbing week over week is a signal you want before it breaches a threshold, not after.

A/B compare

Put two campaigns — or two ingroups — side by side on drop rate, abandonment window, calling-hour risk, and DID exposure, so the difference is visible without exporting to a spreadsheet.

How it works

The data is already on your box. We surface it.

No agent-side installs and no separate database — the Command Center reads your VICIdial data, applies the rules, and reflects it in the dashboard.

01

Reads your dialing data

The platform reads from your VICIdial box — vicidial_log, the campaign and ingroup tables, list assignments, DID rows. No agent-side installs, no separate database.

02

State rules apply automatically

Your server gets the 50-state rule set on activation. The baseline dashboard — abandonment rate, call-hour windows, DID activity — aggregates across campaigns, lists, DIDs, and ingroups with no configuration.

03

Add your own rules

Layer your counsel’s requirements on top of the state defaults — tighter windows for specific campaigns, consent-tier tagging on ATDS lists. They feed the dashboard’s risk view going forward.

04

Compare, trend, and act

Filter by date range to watch trends, run an A/B compare before scaling a campaign, and pull the view when counsel asks for a written account of your TCPA-aware controls.

Pricing

One flat number. No seat math.

A dashboard add-on for one VICIfast server. Rule sets and data are per-server, not pooled across an account — run three servers, add it to each.

$99/mo flat, per server

Full-month dashboard access. No per-agent fee, no per-call charge, no markup on anything your carrier or Blacklist Alliance invoices separately.

  • 50-state TCPA rule sets, maintained and updated as regulations change
  • Custom rule builder — layer your own rules on top of the state defaults
  • 360° dashboard: campaigns, lists, DIDs, and ingroups in one view
  • Abandonment-rate tracking on a 30-day rolling window with trend overlays
  • Date-range + week-over-week comparisons and A/B compare for campaigns and ingroups

Operational controls and visibility — not legal advice. TCPA Command Center does not guarantee compliance with the TCPA or any state telecommunications law. How you interpret the rule sets, configure custom rules, and act on what the dashboard surfaces is your responsibility and your counsel’s.
