Multi-region clusters

Web + DB + Asterisk nodes across the regions you pick. Active-passive DB replication; Asterisk hosts ride VPN tunnels back to the primary region. Failover policies are written to your runbook before we hand the cluster over.

Dedicated capacity, not shared

Your hosts are physically dedicated — your traffic never mixes with another customer's. Custom Hetzner SKU (CCX-line or bare-metal) negotiated up front based on agent count and call volume.

Custom regions on request

If you need a region we don't offer publicly (Tokyo, Sydney, São Paulo, custom on-prem), we negotiate it as part of the enterprise contract. The platform is region-agnostic; spinning up a new region is a configuration change, not a rewrite.

White-glove migration

If you're moving off ViciBox / Five9 / RingCentral / a custom in-house dialer, we run the migration end-to-end. Schema rewrites, lead-data import, agent training, parallel-run validation, cutover weekend. Quoted as part of the engagement.
