VICIfast
Free on every server

The VICIdial mobile app for agents who work anywhere.

VICIdial Android app: an incoming queue call with the caller’s name, number, city, local time and how long they waited
VICIdial Android app on a call: caller, call timer, lead location, last result and notes, with mute, hold, keypad and transfer
VICIfast Phone puts your VICIdial queue calls on your agents’ phones. Calls ring on the lock screen with the caller’s details, and results, callbacks and transfers go straight into VICIdial, the same as from the agent screen.

Free on every VICIfast server, trials too · Android 8.0 or newer · iPhone coming soon

For your team

Your queue, on the phones your agents already carry.

Agents work without a computer

Queue calls ring the agent’s phone, at home, on the floor or on the move. No laptop, no desk phone, no softphone to configure.

Free on every server

Included with every VICIfast server, trials too. No add-on and no per-agent fee.

Everything lands in VICIdial

Results, callbacks and transfers go through VICIdial, so your call logs, recordings and reports see a phone agent like any other.

You stay in control

The server’s Mobile app tab shows who is on a phone, signs a phone out, and sets what agents see. A phone gets through your server’s firewall only while it is signed in.

How it works

Three steps, and no SIP settings to type.

  1. 01

    Install VICIfast Phone

Your agents install the app on their phone. Android is available today; iPhone is coming.

  2. 02

    Enter your company code

It’s on your server’s Mobile app tab. It tells the app which VICIdial server to connect to.

  3. 03

    Sign in and go ready

Agents use their usual VICIdial login, pick a campaign and queues, and tap Ready. Calls ring their phone.

For your agents

What a call needs, on the phone.

On the call

  • Rings on the lock screen like a normal call, with the caller’s name, number, city, local time and wait in the queue
  • Mute, hold, speaker and keypad
  • The lead’s details and notes, one tap away
  • Blind transfer to a queue or a number
  • Dial with customer, park customer and dial, grab the parked call
  • Leave 3-way call or hang up the xfer line, as on the VICIdial agent screen

After the call

  • Pick a result in two taps from the campaign’s own statuses
  • “Do not call” always asks before it saves
  • Schedule callbacks in the customer’s time zone, within calling hours
  • Pause after the call instead of taking the next one

The shift

  • Sign in with a company code and the agent’s usual VICIdial login
  • Pick the campaign and the queues to take
  • Go ready, or pause with the campaign’s pause codes; supervisors see the reason
  • Today’s calls, talk time and results at a glance
  • Light and dark mode, following the phone

VICIfast Phone vs a SIP softphone with VICIdial

Softphones like Zoiper, Linphone or MicroSIP carry the audio, and that is all. The agent still needs the VICIdial agent screen open on a computer to log in, see the lead and save the result. VICIfast Phone is both on one phone.

FAQ

VICIdial mobile app questions

VICIdial itself has no phone app: its agents work in a web browser. VICIfast Phone is ours. It signs an agent in to VICIdial and rings their phone for queue calls, with the caller’s details, results, callbacks and transfers built in. It works with VICIdial servers on VICIfast.

Yes. It is included with every VICIfast server, trials too. There is no add-on to buy and no per-agent fee.

Yes. The app signs the agent in as a VICIdial remote agent with an on-hook phone, so VICIdial rings their phone for each queue call. Results, callbacks and transfers go through VICIdial, so your call logs and reports count a phone agent like any other.

They can, but a softphone only carries the audio. The agent still needs the VICIdial agent screen open on a computer to log in, see the lead and save a result. VICIfast Phone does both on the phone.

Yes, the way the VICIdial agent screen does: blind transfer to a queue or a number, dial with the customer, park the customer and dial, grab the parked call, leave the 3-way call and hang up the xfer line.

Android 8.0 or newer, today. The iPhone app is in development. Get told when the iPhone app is out.

Yes. Each server has a Mobile app tab with the company code, the agents signed in on a phone right now, and a button to sign a phone out. You also choose whether agents see today’s numbers and their call history.

Agents sign in with their own VICIdial login. A phone gets through your server’s firewall only while it is signed in, and signing in on another phone signs the first one out. You can sign any phone out from your dashboard.

It needs a small part that runs on the server, which every VICIfast server has. If your VICIdial runs somewhere else, we can move it to VICIfast. How a move works.

Yes. The Android app is free software under the GNU GPL, version 3, with the source code of every release on GitHub. See the source.
