Managed Floor

We run your dialer.

You keep the agents and the leads.

A named VICIdial engineer takes the dialing operation off you — caller-ID reputation, DID rotation and warming, STIR/SHAKEN, spam labels, DNC, answering-machine detection, abandonment and carrier limits. Priced on the page, keyed to the plan you already run, so there is nothing to negotiate.

Pricing

Your plan decides the size. You decide the depth.

Priced against what it replaces — a person, or several — not against the server underneath. First month bills at 1.5× to cover the baseline audit. No setup fee.

What is in each tier

Every line, written down.

Not a feature count and not “everything in Essentials, plus more”. If it is on this page we do it; if it is not, ask and we will tell you straight.

Managed Floor Essentials

We keep the calls connecting and the platform healthy.

$1,900 – $17,900/mo, by plan

Numbers & deliverability

  • Caller-ID reputation monitored across the major analytics providers
  • DID rotation before a number burns, not after
  • DID warming strategy for new ranges
  • Calls-per-DID ceilings set and enforced
  • STIR/SHAKEN attestation verified on every outbound range
  • Spam-label detection, and remediation filed with the carrier
  • CNAM registration and upkeep
  • Failed and blocked call analysis, by carrier and by range
  • Local-presence and area-code matching strategy
  • DID burn forecasting — we move before the number dies

Carrier

  • We deal with your termination provider on your behalf
  • Carrier rate limits and CPS ceilings kept under safe thresholds
  • Trunk failover configured — and actually tested
  • SIP and RTP troubleshooting when the carrier blames the dialer

Dialer performance

  • AMD tuned against your real call recordings, not defaults
  • Dial level and drop-rate management
  • Hopper health and lead-recycling rules
  • Timezone-aware calling windows

Platform

  • Backup monitoring — and periodic restore testing, because a backup you have never restored is a guess
  • Disk, capacity and server-health monitoring
  • VICIdial and Asterisk patching
  • Firewall rules, agent IP whitelisting, credential rotation
  • TLS certificate health

Tools, switched on

  • TCPA Command Center — per-state rule sets and drop-rate tracking
  • DID Reputation Center — reputation, attestation and burn data

Working with us

  • A named VICIdial engineer who knows your account
  • Shared Slack channel — no ticket queue
  • Weekly written report, led by connect rate and DID health
  • Floor health score, trended, so value is visible not asserted
  • Campaign, list and disposition changes on request

Managed Floor Enterprise

Everything in Essentials, plus the work that needs someone inside your business.

$2,900 – $27,900/mo, by plan

Numbers & carrier

  • DID procurement on your supplier account — hand us the contact or the logins and we order for you
  • Carrier rate review and renegotiation — we check what you pay per minute and go back to your provider
  • Multi-carrier least-cost routing
  • Benchmarking against the anonymised VICIfast fleet — you see what a healthy floor actually looks like

Compliance posture

  • DNC ingestion, scrubbing and internal-DNC hygiene
  • Litigator and known-plaintiff scrubbing
  • Calling-window and geographic rules enforced per campaign, state by state
  • Abandonment held to the threshold you set
  • Recording retention configured to your policy

Agents & quality

  • AI Quality Auditor — calls sampled by campaign, disposition, duration and agent, then scored against your scorecards
  • Agent scorecards, call review and disposition hygiene
  • Coaching sessions with your supervisors on what the scores show
  • New-agent onboarding on the dialer

Automation

  • The Follow-Up Engine — multi-month email and SMS nurture for the leads you could not close today
  • Nurture tracks built for your own stages — the long no, the stalled quote, renewals, reactivation
  • Segments that update themselves, split-tested copy, and warm leads handed back to your dialer
  • Tracks kept current as your products, prices and campaigns change

Working with us

  • Monthly review call with your management
  • Quarterly business review
  • Campaign launch support — built end to end
  • A documented runbook of your setup, so you are never hostage to us
  • Annual failover test, with a written result
  • Priority escalation to the founder

What we don’t do.

Written down for the same reason as the lists above — so a quote is a tier and a signature, not a negotiation.

  • Carrier minutes and DID costs — billed to you by your own carrier, at your own rate, with no markup from us. If you use VICIfast Voice instead, its minutes and DIDs are billed at its published rates.
  • Lead data or list purchasing
  • Agent labour or supervision headcount
  • Legal advice, or certification that you are compliant
  • The server itself — that is your hosting plan
  • A guarantee on third-party DID quality. We manage how numbers are used; we do not manufacture them.

Who actually picks up.

Five VICIdial engineers who have worked with us for more than seven years, trained in-house, with escalation to the founder for anything commercial or complicated. You get one of them by name, and they stay on your account. Not a rota, not a queue, and not somebody reading a script back to you.

Questions

The ones people actually ask.

Included support keeps the server healthy — up, patched, backed up, reachable. Managed Floor runs what happens on top of it: the numbers, the carriers, the campaigns and the compliance posture. One keeps the box alive. The other is responsible for the floor connecting calls.

Because a quote-only price gets set by how big your budget looks rather than how much work your floor is. Published means you can decide without a sales call, and it means everyone pays the same for the same thing.

Because the plan already reflects the size of your floor, and that removes the argument. Tiers based on a number you type in always collapse to the cheapest one. You cannot run 100 agents on a 25-agent plan, so the size is settled before the conversation starts and the only thing left to choose is how much of the work we take on.

No, and be suspicious of anyone who does. We set and hold the limits you agree — abandonment thresholds, calling windows, DNC scrubbing, per-state rules. You can ask us to change them, and those changes are logged in the dialer with who asked and when. What we will not do is pretend a vendor can carry your legal exposure.

You hand us your supplier contact or logins and we order on your behalf, on your account. We do not guarantee third-party DID quality — nobody honestly can. What we do is manage how the numbers are used: calls-per-DID ceilings, warming for new ranges, and rotation before one burns.

Yes. Managed Floor is sold on our managed plans only. The pricing is keyed to the agent capacity of the plan you are on, and that only works when the plan actually fixes the size of the floor - on a server you own and we do not size, it does not. If you are self-hosted and want this, talk to us and we will quote against your real agent count.

A baseline audit: every DID checked for reputation and attestation, carrier configuration reviewed, AMD sampled against real recordings, DNC and calling-window setup verified, backups restore-tested, and a written findings document. The first month bills at 1.5x to cover it. There is no separate setup fee.

Sixty-day minimum, then monthly. No exit fee, no clawback, and you keep the runbook. If we are not earning it you should be able to leave.

Tell us the shape of your floor.

Agent count, how many DIDs, who your carrier is, and what is going wrong. We will tell you which tier fits — and if it does not, we will say that too.
