VICIfast runs the dialer; you run the campaigns. You are solely responsible for the legality of who you call, how, and on what basis. Prohibited and abusive use is governed by the Acceptable Use Policy.

VICIdial® is a registered trademark of the VICIdial Group. VICIfast is an independent managed-hosting provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the VICIdial Group. All other product and company names (e.g. Twilio, Bandwidth, Telnyx) are trademarks of their respective owners; their use here is nominative and does not imply endorsement.
5. No guarantee of results
We make no representation or guarantee about call deliverability, answer rates, contact rates, carrier acceptance, or any business or earnings outcome from using the platform.
