From order to your first call

Pick a machine and a location
Each machine shows its price, setup fee and the datacenter’s delivery estimate before you pay. You pay the first month and the setup fee at checkout.

We order it from the datacenter
Delivery takes from a few minutes to a few workdays, depending on the machine and the location. If it cannot be delivered, or takes more than three times the estimate, we refund you in full, setup fee included.

We install VICIdial
As soon as the machine arrives we install the operating system and VICIdial, harden it, and email you when it is ready.

Run it like any server
The same dashboard, the same VICIdial admin, your own carrier. Billed monthly.
Bare metal or cloud?

Questions, answered straight
It depends on the machine and the location. Every machine shows the datacenter’s current estimate before you pay: many are delivered within minutes, others take from two workdays to several weeks. We start installing VICIdial the moment it arrives and email you when it is ready.
We refund you in full, setup fee included. The same applies if delivery takes more than three times the estimate you were shown when you ordered.
Yes, once per machine. It is shown next to the monthly price and charged with the first month at checkout. After that it is a flat monthly price.
Monthly, from the day you pay. There is no annual plan for Bare Metal and no free trial, because each machine is ordered from the datacenter for you. Our cloud servers have a free trial if you want to try VICIdial first.
Our estimate runs from about 150 concurrent calls on the smallest machine in stock to 600 and more on the largest, at about 10 lines per agent. We treat about 600 calls as one server's practical limit: bigger floors run as a cluster, with one machine for the database and web and dialer machines for Asterisk and agents.
In Germany or Finland; you choose when you order. Prices are usually the same in both, and delivery times differ, so the order page shows each location separately.
Yes, from the dashboard, like any server. While a machine is still on order you can ask us to cancel and refund it. When a running server ends we take a final backup and then cancel the machine at the datacenter.
