Fair Usage Policy
Last updated · June 13, 2026
Every VICIfast customer runs on a dedicated server, so this policy is not about sharing a minute pool — you bring your own carrier and your own minutes. It governs fair use of the server resources and bundled platform pools allotted to your plan, and the traffic patterns we monitor to keep the platform — and its IP reputation — healthy for everyone. It complements the Acceptable Use Policy (which covers legality and abuse).
1. Server resources
Your CPU, memory, disk, and bandwidth are sized to your plan tier. Sustained max-out, runaway processes, crypto-mining, or any non-dialer workload is outside the scope of the plan. If your dialing genuinely needs more headroom, the fix is a resize — see pricing.
2. Concurrency & channels
Each server is provisioned for the agent and line count of its plan. Driving concurrency well beyond that degrades your own call quality first; persistent over-spec use requires an upgrade rather than risking instability.
3. Recording storage & AI-analysis pools
Recording storage and AI call-analysis minutes come in bundled amounts per plan; overage bills to your wallet at the platform rate. Retain recordings only for as long as you have a legal basis to — retention and deletion are covered in the Data Processing Addendum.
4. Network & egress
The server is for running your dialer. No open relay/proxy/VPN abuse, and no traffic pumping, access stimulation, or international revenue-share fraud (IRSF) — these are also prohibited under the AUP.
5. Traffic-pattern monitoring
To protect the platform and its carriers, we monitor for fraud and abuse signals — sudden volume spikes, abnormal answer-seizure or average-call-duration ratios, mass short-duration dialing, and floods to high-cost destinations. Patterns like these may trigger an automated review and a request for explanation.
6. What happens if limits are hit
Our normal path is graduated: notice → review → throttle or a required resize. Where the pattern indicates fraud or an unresolved breach, we may suspend the server pending resolution, per the AUP and §11 of the Terms.
7. Changes & contact
We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Questions: support@vicifast.com.
