The trial runs on the Launch plan. It is the same provisioning pipeline, the same hardened image and the same dashboard a paying customer gets — the only difference is that the first invoice is dated seven days out.

What happens when the trial ends
Three outcomes, and we would rather you knew all three now than found out on day eight.
You do nothing
It converts on day 7
The subscription bills the first month against the card on file and the server keeps running untouched — same hostname, same data, same campaigns. There is no reinstall and no migration step between trial and paid. From then on it is a normal $49/month server.
You cancel first
You are never charged
Cancel any time before day 7 from the dashboard and no money moves. The server is then terminated after a 24-hour grace window — long enough to pull anything you still want off the box, so take your recordings and a database dump before that clock runs out.
The charge fails
An unpaid trial is terminated, not chased
If the day-7 charge fails and you have never paid us before, you get no grace period. The server is suspended the same day and terminated on the next sweep, roughly 24 hours later. Customers who have paid at least one invoice keep the full 7-day dunning window — the difference is deliberate, and worth knowing before you put a week of work on a trial box.

Four things the trial order checks
A free dialer is the obvious thing to abuse with throwaway signups, so the free path carries checks the paid path does not. None of them cost you anything; they just fail loudly if you skip them, and it is quicker to have them ready.
A verified email address
We send a verification link at signup and the trial order is refused until you click it. Paid orders are not gated this way — the check exists only on the free path.
A permanent address on a domain that accepts mail
Disposable and temporary-inbox providers are rejected outright, and we run an MX lookup on the domain. A domain that cannot receive mail is refused, because every credential and trial reminder we send would vanish.
A card or a PayPal subscription on file
Stripe card or PayPal subscription only. USDT and wallet top-up are refused on a trial order because neither can validate a payment method for the charge after the trial. Nothing is charged while the trial runs.
A hostname and a region
Pick a subdomain (or bring your own FQDN) and a location — US, EU or Singapore — at checkout. Both are set once, at order time, and the certificate is issued against the name you choose.
