VICIfast
Smart Carrier · Now available

Bring your own carrier. We do the hard part.

Your Telnyx account, your numbers, your bill - wired to your dialer and your AI agents.

Most people on Telnyx or Twilio are lost in those consoles. Smart Carrier connects the account you already own and makes the parts you get stuck on fast: see what every number is really pointed at, put one on a VICIdial in-group in a click, and build an AI agent that answers the phone and hands a live caller to a real agent in your queue. We add nothing to your carrier’s minutes and never appear on its invoice.

Carrier and dialer, one surface

The half your carrier can’t see, and the half your dialer can’t.

A number that rings nowhere looks fine in both consoles. So does an AI agent whose handoff quietly fails. Smart Carrier holds both sides at once, which is the only place those are visible.

Your carrier account, not ours

Connect the Telnyx or Twilio account you already have. The numbers are yours, the invoice is yours, and the compliance stays with the account holder - where it legally sits anyway. VICIfast adds nothing to those minutes.

Numbers that actually ring somewhere

See what every number is pointed at in one list - a dialer in-group, an AI agent, routing you set up yourself, or nothing at all. Point one at a VICIdial queue in a click; both sides get configured together.

AI agents on your own bill

Build a voice agent from a prompt: pick a model, hear the voice before you commit, and give it your pricing page to answer from. It runs in your Telnyx account, so the model and the minutes are billed to you directly.

Warm handoff to a real agent

Describe each situation - “caller wants to buy”, “existing customer with a problem” - and the agent picks the right queue. The caller stays on the line while a human picks up in VICIdial.

It knows who is calling

Turn on lead lookup and VICIfast finds the caller in your VICIdial mid-call, so the agent greets them by name and whoever takes the transfer inherits the lead instead of starting cold.

Every call, both halves

The transcript from the carrier next to what your dialer did with it: which queue took the transfer, how long the caller waited, what it was dispositioned as, and what the call cost. Nobody else can join those.

How it goes

Paste a key. Point a number. Read what happened.

Nothing is installed, nothing is re-provisioned, and no carrier changes hands. The first ask is only ever “let us look” - inventory and diagnosis need no write access at all.

01

Connect, read-only

Paste an API key. We show your numbers, your balance and what each number is routed to - and nothing else. Write access is a separate switch you flip when you want it.

02

Point a number somewhere

One action sets the routing at your carrier and the inbound entry on your VICIdial box. The two halves that used to be two consoles and a support ticket.

03

Build the agent

A prompt, a voice you can hear first, and the queues it can hand off to. Every save is a version, so a change that reads worse on real calls goes back in one click.

04

Read what happened

Transcript, outcome, queue, wait, length and cost. Filter by how calls ended, compare agents against each other, and see the hours you actually need people on the phones.

Who it’s for

Built for anyone who has ever bought a DID and watched it ring nowhere.

DIDs on your own account

Buy numbers on your own Telnyx account at Telnyx’s price, and have them working on your dialer without opening a second console.

After-hours cover

An agent answers when the floor is empty, works from your own pricing page, and transfers the moment someone is free.

Nothing rings nowhere

One diagnosis spans the carrier and the box - unrouted numbers, hostnames that moved, DIDs your dialer has no entry for.

Pricing

Free through 2026. Your carrier bills you directly.

Smart Carrier is free for every account through 2026. Claim it in your dashboard before 1 January 2027 and it stays free on your account permanently. From 2027, accounts that haven’t claimed it pay $199/month. Numbers, minutes and AI agent time are billed by Telnyx to your own account, at their price - we take no cut and add no markup. If you leave, everything stays exactly where it is.

No markup, no minimum, no lock-in

Your numbers and your AI agents live in your carrier account. Disconnecting deletes our copy of the key and changes nothing else.

  • Connect Telnyx or Twilio read-only first - inventory and diagnosis need nothing more
  • Buy numbers at your carrier’s price, with the exact cost named before you confirm
  • Point any number at a VICIdial in-group or an AI agent, both sides configured together
  • AI agents with 3,900 voices, a knowledge base you build here, and multi-queue handoff
  • Lead lookup that tells the agent who is calling, straight from your own VICIdial
  • Call analytics joining the carrier transcript to the dialer outcome, per call

FAQ

Smart Carrier questions

Not for Smart Carrier. You connect the Telnyx or Twilio account you already own, and they bill you directly at their price. We add nothing to those minutes and never appear on your carrier invoice. That is deliberate - it keeps telecom compliance with the account holder, where it already legally sits. If you would rather buy from us, VICIfast Voice is our own optional US termination and DIDs, from $0.0085/min.

Whatever you allow, and it starts at nothing. A new connection is read-only: we can list your numbers, read your balance, and tell you what each number is routed to. Write access is a separate switch. Even then we only ever touch objects we created - routing you set up yourself is never adopted or changed.

Telnyx has no idea what an in-group is. It can answer a call with an AI agent; it cannot hand that caller to a real agent in your VICIdial queue, look the lead up on your dialer mid-call, or show you the transcript next to the disposition. That join is the whole product.

Nothing. They are in your carrier account, named with your labels, routed where you left them. Disconnecting deletes our copy of the API key and stops us reading the account - your numbers, routing and balance are untouched, and DIDs already installed on your servers keep working.

Yes - it can answer, work from your knowledge base, and close the call. But the interesting case is the other one: it qualifies, then transfers with the caller still on the line, and the agent who picks up already knows who they are.
