Your dispositions trigger the follow-up. The follow-up rings your phone.
Email + SMS sequences that generate inbound calls — not open rates.
$99/mo flat, per server · BYO SendGrid + Twilio · no per-message markup
The dialer is only half the problem
You generate no-answers by the thousand. Most never hear from you again.
A predictive dialer moves fast — that’s the point. But a no-answer isn’t a closed lead; it’s a contact who didn’t pick up once. What happens after the disposition drops?
No-answers re-dialed cold
Agents hit the same no-answers hours or days later with zero context about the prior attempts.
Callbacks that just sit
Callback leads wait in the list until an agent gets to them — and sometimes nobody ever does.
“Not yet” goes cold
Contacts who said “not interested right now” get recycled into the same cold pitch, with no warming in between.
How it works
Disposition fires. Sequence starts. Contact calls back.
It hooks straight into VICIdial’s disposition layer — no middleware, no Zapier chain. A disposition you already use becomes a two-channel follow-up that ends when the contact calls your number.
Two channels, one sequence
Email and SMS run on the same timeline from the same recipe. You don’t build an email sequence and a separate SMS campaign — one sequence, both channels, configured once.
Disposition triggers, one screen
Pick a VICIdial disposition — NA, CB, NI, or any custom code — and map it to a recipe. That’s the whole setup: no code, no webhook URL, no field mapping.
Rings your phone
Every email and SMS carries a tracked click-to-call link (and a reply keyword for SMS) that routes back to your inbound queue. Calls the sequence generates are attributed to the disposition and contact.
100% bring-your-own
Your SendGrid API key, your Twilio account, your numbers, your sending domain. We pass the messages through; the accounts, reputation, bills, and registrations stay yours.
Recipes, not a builder
Pick a prebuilt sequence for a scenario (speed-to-lead, no-answer nurture, callback, re-engage) and map one disposition. A full editor exists for power users — it stays out of the way until you want it.
Reporting that counts calls
Sent, delivered, click-to-call taps, and inbound calls attributed to each sequence. Opens and clicks are there, but the headline number is calls produced — the one that maps to your floor.
Both channels, your accounts
Email via SendGrid. SMS via Twilio. Neither shared with anyone else.
The platform connects to credentials you own. No shared sending pool, no shared number, no pooled reputation.
Email — BYO SendGrid
You bring a SendGrid API key and a sending domain. We guide SPF/DKIM/DMARC and write the records into your Cloudflare zone automatically — a sequence can’t go live until the domain verifies and a test send succeeds. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe and is checked against the suppression list before it leaves. Email needs no 10DLC.
SMS — BYO Twilio
You bring a Twilio Account SID, Auth Token, and the number (or Messaging Service) to send from. 10DLC and A2P registration live entirely in your Twilio — we don’t resell numbers or hold that compliance. On our side, every SMS includes STOP/HELP handling, opt-outs hit the suppression list, and TCPA-aware send windows are on by default.
Prebuilt sequences
Pick a recipe. Map a disposition. Done.
Each recipe is a named, tested follow-up for a specific scenario. Map a VICIdial disposition to it on one screen; it starts automatically when that disposition fires. Tweak timing, copy, and channel order later — or don’t.
Speed-to-Lead
Fires within minutes of a fresh lead. One immediate SMS (“we just tried to reach you — call us back”) plus a detail email — to reach a web lead before a competitor does.
Trigger: NEW / new-lead code
No-Answer Nurture
A 5-touch sequence across 5 days for contacts dispositioned no-answer. Alternates SMS and email, escalates gently, and ends on a direct click-to-call prompt.
Trigger: NA1 / NA2 / NA3
Callback Reminder
A single-touch confirmation when a contact requests a callback — one SMS and one email with a direct number, so they can reach you first. An early call-back is attributed to the sequence.
Trigger: CB / callback code
Missed-You Re-Engage
A low-pressure 3-touch sequence over 7 days for soft “no”s — early hang-ups, “not interested yet,” incomplete pitches — ending with a clean opt-out path.
Trigger: NI / SHORT / soft-no code
Setup in four steps
From zero to running sequences in under 30 minutes.
No sales call, no onboarding session. You connect your accounts, verify your domain, pick a recipe, and map it — the platform handles the rest.
Connect SendGrid + Twilio
Paste your SendGrid API key and your Twilio Account SID + Auth Token. The platform tests both connections before saving.
Verify your email domain
Enter your sending domain; we generate SPF/DKIM/DMARC and — since we already run your server’s Cloudflare zone — write the records for you, then verify.
Pick a recipe, map a disposition
Choose a recipe, select the VICIdial disposition that should trigger it, save. The sequence is live for every contact that gets that disposition.
Replies ring your floor
Contacts who tap the click-to-call link or reply route in as inbound calls to the queue you specify — logged with the sequence, touch, and contact.
Why bring your own accounts
Your credentials mean your reputation — not ours.
Bundling sending into the subscription is a convenience with a real cost. Here’s what BYO gets you instead.
No markup on sends
Messages go out at SendGrid’s and Twilio’s own rates, direct to your account. We add nothing per message — your volume discounts and credits apply.
No shared-account risk
On a pooled sender, one bad actor’s complaint rate can trigger a review that hits everyone. Your accounts are yours alone — another customer can’t touch your deliverability.
Your numbers + 10DLC stay yours
A2P / 10DLC registrations and numbers live in your Twilio account. The brand, the compliance history, and the numbers follow you — even if you ever leave.
