A general-purpose SIP provider sees a dialer as a problem: short calls, high attempts, long rings. We built the routes, the numbers and the detection around exactly that traffic, and we already have root on the server the trunk goes on.

The AI AMD Stats page shows what it heard across your campaigns: people reached, voicemail, nobody there, how long callers waited after hello, and the recording behind each decision so you can check it yourself.

VICIfast Voice questions

It is the carrier. Outbound termination, inbound, local and toll-free numbers, all on one account billed from your VICIfast wallet. You do not need a second provider. Bringing your own carrier (Twilio, Telnyx, Bandwidth, Voxbeam, any) stays supported on every plan, and the two can run side by side on the same server.

Any US area code. Local numbers are bought to order rather than picked from a shelf, so the catalogue is the area-code table itself: every state, DC and the territories. Use the lookup on this page to check a code, a city or a state. Toll-free covers 800, 833, 844, 855, 866, 877 and 888.

In 6-second increments (6/6), from $0.0085/min. A 12-second call is billed as 12 seconds, not rounded up to a minute. Inbound is billed per started minute: $0.005 on local numbers, $0.035 on toll-free.

Local numbers $1 a month, toll-free $2 a month, no setup fee on either. Numbers are paid from your wallet up front for the first month and renew monthly with a three-month minimum term.

For outbound calling, yes: all 50 US states, DC and Canada. Numbers are US-only. There are no international routes; if your lists are US and Canada, this covers them.

No. It runs on our infrastructure instead of your dialer and is included in the per-minute price.

The verification we run before approving an account. It is charged up front, before the checks run, and is not refunded if the application is declined.

You can, and the dashboard will write the PJSIP config for the common ones. The difference here is that the trunk is built for dialer traffic and already wired into VICIdial, the numbers are ordered and pointed from the same screen, and answering-machine detection comes with it instead of as a per-call add-on.
