DID Reputation Center

Stop watching your answer rate fall and not knowing why.

Reputation watch, a warm-up engine, and health-driven CID rotation — built into the VICIdial you already run.

“Spam Likely” doesn’t announce itself on your dialer. It shows up as a slow collapse in ASR — answer-seizure ratio — and you spend a week blaming the list before you realize three of your DIDs are burned. The Reputation Center surfaces that collapse as it starts: per-DID ASR trends, carrier and analytics-engine reputation labels, CNAM status, and a warm-up engine that ramps new numbers and rests burned ones — all feeding back into VICIdial’s CID rotation so your clean numbers carry the load.

Six capabilities, one dashboard

Everything that affects whether your calls get answered.

ASR data from your VICIdial logs, external reputation signals, and your CID-group config — pulled into one view, instead of five places you correlate by hand.

360° DID dashboard

ASR (answer-seizure ratio) and connect-rate trends per DID, campaign, list, and area code. Date-range comparisons by day, week, or custom window — plus A/B view to put two campaigns or ingroups side by side.

Spam & reputation watch

Per-number health scores and “Spam Likely” label status, pulled from carrier and analytics-engine reputation databases — the same engines that decide what shows on a called party’s screen. CNAM display-name visibility included.

Warm-up engine

Brand-new DIDs ramp on a controlled call schedule so they build a clean history before full volume. Burned numbers are rested automatically — and brought back into rotation when their score recovers.

Local-presence intelligence

Measure ASR and contact-rate lift by area-code match — a matching local number versus a generic one, broken down by list geography — and see which area codes to expand into.

Health-driven CID rotation

Reputation scores feed directly into your VICIdial CID groups: burned numbers go inactive, clean numbers absorb the volume. Rotation thresholds (by minutes or call count) stay configurable per group, per campaign.

CNAM & branded-calling registration

Register your business display name with CNAM databases so calls show your brand instead of a bare number or “Unknown.” Covers the registration step; propagation depends on each carrier’s CNAM lookup cadence.

How it works

It reads from your VICIdial data. You don’t move anything.

An add-on to your existing managed VICIdial server — it computes ASR from your call logs, enriches DIDs with reputation signals, and writes health back to your CID groups, without touching your dialplan or carrier.

01

ASR baseline

The dashboard builds per-DID answer-rate history from your existing VICIdial call logs — no new tagging, no schema changes. The first view shows which DIDs are healthy, degraded, or in freefall.

02

Reputation enrichment

Each DID is checked against carrier and analytics-engine reputation databases on a rolling schedule. Health score, “Spam Likely” presence, and CNAM display-name status attach to the DID and update as signals change.

03

Rotation feedback

Health scores write back to your CID groups — numbers below the critical ASR threshold or carrying a reputation label go inactive, clean numbers absorb their calls. Override any automatic decision from the CID Groups panel.

Pricing

$99/mo flat, per server

Billed monthly. Cancel from your dashboard any time.

  • 360° DID dashboard with ASR, connect-rate, and date-range comparison views
  • Spam-label watch and per-number reputation health scores from carrier + analytics-engine databases
  • Warm-up engine with configurable ramp schedule and automatic rest-and-recover
  • Local-presence area-code analysis and expansion recommendations
  • Health-driven CID rotation integrated with your VICIdial CID groups
  • CNAM display-name registration (propagation subject to each carrier’s lookup cadence)

Reputation signals are third-party and directional. They reflect what carrier and analytics-engine databases report at query time — not a guarantee of call delivery or label removal. Number hygiene, call behavior, and your carrier relationships remain yours. We surface the signal; you act on it.
