What does white-label VICIdial mean?
White-label VICIdial is the same VICIdial dialer presented under your brand: your domain in the address bar, your logo on the login page and agent screen, and your name on the phone your agents use.
Stock VICIdial looks the same on every server, and agents spend their whole shift looking at it. For a call center, branding it means agents work inside your company's screen, from the login page to the phone. For an agency that wants to sell VICIdial to its own customers under its own name, it means a reseller arrangement, covered below. On VICIfast, a managed VICIdial host, white-label for your own floor is part of every plan rather than an upgrade.
What can you brand on a VICIfast server?
On a VICIfast server you can brand the address, the agent login page, the agent screen, the webphone and the firewall portal agents use to get in.

The VICIfast agent screen also gives every agent a light or dark mode, bigger call buttons and panels instead of pop-ups. The branded webphone runs in the browser, so there is nothing to install on an agent's computer. The VICIdial admin pages and reports stay stock, so managers keep the screens they know.
How do whitelabel packs work?
A whitelabel pack is a saved brand - logo, company name, accent colour, login picture and welcome line, webphone look and support email - that you apply to a server in one click.
- In the VICIfast dashboard, open Whitelabel and create a pack. You can start from a ready-made example pack and copy it.
- Choose the VICIfast agent screen or classic VICIdial, then pick the login picture and the webphone look. The preview beside the settings is the real login page and agent screen, in light and dark.
- Apply the pack to a server, or to a project so every server in it gets the same brand. A server added to the project later picks the pack up too.
- Agents see the new screen the next time they log in.
Each account keeps up to 10 packs of its own, for example one per brand or one per campaign floor.
Is a white-label VICIdial theme safe to run?
Yes, because the branded screen is drawn over the one VICIdial already shows and VICIdial's own files stay exactly as installed. An upgrade does not wipe it out, and every VICIdial setting, campaign and hot key carries over.
Any agent can press Classic view to go back to the standard screen, and you can switch a whole server back from the dashboard. If the new screen ever fails to load, agents get the standard VICIdial screen and keep working. An automated agent logs in to a real VICIdial server every night, places a real call and works every button to check it.
Can you resell VICIdial under your own brand?
Selling VICIdial to other companies under your brand goes through the VICIfast reseller program, and that program is paused for new sign-ups. VICIfast's terms allow reselling, rebranding or sub-letting the service to third parties only under it.
- The reseller program: wholesale prices, customers signing up on your own domain, your own payment accounts and lifecycle webhooks. New sign-ups are paused while it is rebuilt, with reopening expected in the first quarter of 2027. Register interest on the reseller page.
- Referrals, open now: the affiliate program pays 15% of every paid order from customers you refer.
- Your own floor: branding the servers your own agents work on needs no program at all. It is on every plan.
How much does white-label VICIdial cost?
White-label costs nothing extra on VICIfast: it comes with every plan, which starts from $49 a month per server on shared cores and $249 on dedicated cores. You pay for servers, not for agents or brands, and a pack costs nothing to create or apply. Every VICIdial hosting plan and its price is published.
Where VICIfast is not the right fit
- You need the VICIdial admin pages and reports rebranded. The theme covers what agents use: the agent screen, its login page and the webphone.
- You want the theme on a server VICIfast does not manage. It runs on servers we host and on your own Ubuntu server once we have installed VICIdial on it, not on a box run by someone else.
- You want to resell VICIdial to your own customers this quarter. The reseller program is expected to reopen in 2027.
