Customers reach you on your own subdomain (dialer.acme.io, app.acme.io — whatever you publish). We issue per-reseller Let's Encrypt certs via DNS-01 against your Cloudflare zone, renewed automatically. Customer emails leave your own Resend-verified sender domain. VICIfast never appears in their inbox.
BYO payment rails
Your customers pay you, not us. Bring your own Stripe, PayPal, or USDT-TRC20 wallet addresses (we round-robin verified addresses with ownership proof). Manual settlements supported for cash deals. The money path is yours; we never touch the retail invoice.
Wholesale tiers + margin analytics
Three tier slots (configurable per reseller) that set wholesale prices, monthly trial allowance, and a retainer. Every customer order writes a ResellerMargin row at provision time — retail, wholesale, margin snapshotted forever. /dashboard/reseller surfaces lifetime + 30-day margin earned.
Reseller-issued trials
Issue trials to your customers from your own dashboard. You eat day-0 wholesale upfront (CHARGE_TRIAL on your wallet) so you can still cap abuse. Trials auto-convert at expiry, or PAST_DUE if the customer didn't top up. One-trial-per-lifetime is enforced server-side.
Webhooks (7 lifecycle events)
CUSTOMER_SIGNED_UP, SERVER_PROVISIONED, SERVER_SUSPENDED, SERVER_TERMINATED, ORDER_PAID, TRIAL_ISSUED, TICKET_OPENED. HMAC-SHA256 signed, 8-attempt exponential backoff (~7-day delivery window), per-endpoint test-send and pause from the dashboard.
Per-plan price overrides
For specific plans where you want a different wholesale than your tier suggests — set a per-plan override that wins over the tier markdown. Wholesale-cannot-exceed-retail is enforced at save AND at debit time, so a copy-paste mistake never accidentally inverts margins.
Termination cascade with reason capture
If a reseller relationship ends, the platform cascade-suspends every customer server (transition ACTIVE → SUSPENDED, 7-day scheduledDeletionAt grace) and cancels open orders. Available from both ACTIVE and SUSPENDED reseller states with reason capture. No customer ever orphans.
Managed ticket routing
Customer tickets land in your inbox first. Escalate to us when you need the platform team; the ticket flips to read-only on your side and we take over. Per-reseller analytics on open + escalated counts.

Add your domain (we issue the cert via DNS-01), upload your logo, set your support email + sender. Wire your Stripe / PayPal / USDT credentials. Pick which 8 customer-facing pages to author (home, pricing, features, terms, privacy, disclaimer + 2 free slots).

Set wholesale + retail
Your tier sets default wholesale markdown. Override per-plan where you want different margins. Configure per-customer-server name templates and Cloud Console description templates so your customers see your brand end-to-end.

When a customer signs up via your domain, they're linked to you forever (User.resellerId stamped at signup). Every paid order writes a ResellerMargin row. Wallet credits your wholesale; retail goes to your Stripe / PayPal / USDT. Monthly retainer auto-debits at 10:00 UTC; daily 10:30 UTC sweep auto-suspends customer servers if your wallet hits zero.
