Your server dashboard, top to bottom

Your server’s dashboard page is the control room for everything on that box: sign-ins, health, firewall, backups, and the daily dialer work in the tabs below. This tour walks the page from top to bottom so you always know where to click. Two minutes, no technical knowledge needed.

1. Click Servers in the left sidebar.
2. Click your server’s name in the list.

You are now on the server page. Everything above the tabs is about the machine itself; the tabs at the bottom are where the daily VICIdial work happens.

The header — name, plan, status

The big line at the top is your server’s hostname, with its IP address next to it (click the copy icon to copy the IP). Underneath, one quiet line of facts:

• Plan — which VICIfast plan this server is on, for example Launch.
• The region code — where the box physically lives, for example ASH.
• The status pill — Active means the server is live and usable.
• The health chip — HEALTHY (green), DEGRADED (amber), or UNREACHABLE (red). Click it to open Server Health (see below).

On the right side of the header: Open VICIdial admin opens the classic VICIdial admin panel in a new tab; SSH Access holds console and key options for technical users; Reboot restarts the server (back in about 30 seconds). Behind the three-dot menu you will find Change / upgrade plan, Manage addons, Cancel subscription, and — under Recovery — Hard reset and Factory reset. You will rarely need those.

The tools strip — badges and buttons

The dashed row under the header has two halves.

On the left, the service badges: Asterisk, MariaDB, Apache, VICIfast Firewall, and VICIdial. A green dot means the service was running at the last check; the row refreshes every 30 seconds and tells you when ("Updated 25s ago"). Click a badge to see that service’s logs — clicking VICIdial opens Server Health instead. If a service fails, a Restart button appears next to its badge so you can bring it back with one click.

On the right, four buttons:

• Setup Wizard — a guided checklist for setting up a brand-new server. You only need it once, right after ordering.
• Migrate from ViciBox — moves an existing ViciBox / VICIdial server’s data and recordings onto this server. Also once per server.
• Manage Firewall — who can reach your server and who is blocked. It has its own guide: see the Manage Firewall article (https://vicifast.com/help/manage-firewall).
• Configurations — Platform Managed Backups, External Backups, and Crontab. Rows with a lock icon are not included in your plan and lead to upgrade options.

The two sign-in cards — VICIdial admin and API user

Two cards sit side by side. VICIdial admin is the human login (user 6666) for the classic admin panel — the same place Open VICIdial admin takes you. API user is for software integrations that talk to your server through non_agent_api.php. Most people only ever need the first card.

Each card shows the URL (or Endpoint) and Username with copy buttons. The password is hidden behind dots. To see it:

1. Click Reveal next to Password.
2. The password appears on screen. Click Copy to copy it.
3. Click Hide when you are done.

Server Health — the machine’s vital signs

1. Click the HEALTHY chip in the header (or the VICIdial badge in the tools strip).

The Server Health window opens: the current status, any active alerts (certificate expiring, memory or disk running low, backup overdue), and live charts for CPU, memory, disk, recordings, and network. When something is seriously wrong, a red alert strip also appears on the page itself — you do not have to open anything to see it.

The tabs — where the daily work happens

Below the cards, the green-topped VICIdial Management & Reporting section holds thirteen tabs. The page always opens on Floor. Click a tab to switch — or press its letter on your keyboard (press ? to see all shortcuts), and use the Fullscreen button at the right of the green strip for a wall-monitor view.

• Floor — what is happening right now: which agents are on a call, ready, or paused, and for how long. Managers can pause or log out agents and listen in from here.
• Today — how the shift is going: outbound and inbound totals, sales pace, and per-agent and per-campaign numbers for the current day.
• Campaigns — create and tune your campaigns. Dispositions, CID Groups (caller-ID rotation), and Soundboards live here as sub-sections.
• Lists — where your phone numbers live: create lists, import CSVs, flip lists active. Full walkthrough in the uploading leads article (https://vicifast.com/help/uploading-leads).
• Inbounds — inbound call routing: In-groups, DIDs (your phone numbers), Call Menus (press-1 menus), and Filter Phone Groups.
• Users — your agent accounts and groups. Add agents, reset passwords, organize teams.
• Schedules — when the dialer is allowed to call, plus holiday rules.
• Trunks — the carriers that carry your calls: add trunks and see which are online. Only on plans that include trunk management.
• Audios — the recordings your campaigns play: upload audio files or generate them from text.
• Reports — historical reports for payroll, QA, and compliance: outbound, inbound, agent performance, exports, and more.
• QA — score recorded calls against scorecards. This is a paid add-on; if it is not on your server yet, the tab shows how to add it.
• Mobile App — choose which tabs your agents see in the VICIfast Phone mobile app’s Reports drawer.
• Logs — a 7-day audit feed of every change made on the server, newest first.

Good to know

• Most of this page appears only once the server reaches Active. Before that, the page shows install progress instead — just wait it out.
• The tools strip and its buttons are mostly owner-only. Team members see only the buttons their access grants allow, so a teammate’s page can look emptier than yours — that is normal.
• A green badge means the service was running at the last sample, up to a minute old. An amber "No data for…" note means the on-server reporter has stopped checking in — the box itself may be fine or down; Server Health has the details.
• Reveal shows the password to anyone looking at your screen. Hide it when done, and treat both passwords like keys to the building.
• Trunks and QA depend on your plan, and some Configurations rows are plan-gated too. Locked rows point you at upgrade options instead of opening.
• The screenshots here are from our demo server. Your page will show your own hostname, plan, and numbers.
