How to read the Fronter-Closer Detail Report
The Fronter-Closer Detail Report lists every transfer from fronter to closer with FRONTER STATS and CLOSER STATS columns per agent.
The Fronter-Closer Detail Report is the close-up view of your internal transfers. Where the summary report rolls everything up, this one shows a detailed accounting of every call sent from a fronter agent to a closer agent for a chosen date on an in-group. It is built for local-closer campaigns, where you want to see the activity on internal transfers call by call instead of trusting a single rolled-up number.
What each line shows
For every transfer the report records which call moved, what the lead ID was, the time of the original call, and the transfer time. That lets you trace a single handoff from the moment the Fronter picked it up to the moment it reached the Closer through the Ingroup. You can also include a summary of the same output if you want totals sitting alongside the per-call detail.
FRONTER STATS columns
The fronter section measures the agent making the transfer, and each column answers a specific question about that agent.
- AGENT is the agent making the transfer, the fronter.
- XFERS is the number of transfers that agent made.
- SALE % is the percentage of their transfers that resulted in a sale.
- SALE is the number of sales made on that agent's transfers.
- DROP is transfers that were dropped and never reached a live closer.
- OTHER is transfers that were not dropped but also not sold by the closer.
CLOSER STATS columns
The closer section measures the agent receiving the transfer, the other side of the same handoff.
- AGENT is the agent receiving the transfer, the closer.
- CALLS is the total calls answered by that closer.
- SALE is the number of sales made on the transfers the closer fielded.
- DROP is calls the closer received that were dispoed as dropped.
- OTHER is calls the closer fielded that did not result in sales.
- CONV % is the percentage of transfers the closer received that resulted in sales.
Where a transfer can go

[*] --> Transferred
Transferred --> Dropped: Never reached a live closer
Transferred --> Connected: Closer answers
Connected --> Sold: Sale flagged disposition
Connected --> Other: Not dropped not sold
Sold --> [*]
Other --> [*]
Dropped --> [*]Every transfer ends in one of three buckets: it drops before a closer answers, it connects and ends on a sale-flagged Disposition, or it connects and lands in OTHER. Those buckets are exactly what the columns count, which is why the XFERS total on the fronter side equals SALE plus DROP plus OTHER.
Using it with the others
Read this alongside the rolled-up fronter-closer report when a summary number looks off and you want the exact call that caused it. To line transfer activity up against total dial volume, check the outbound calling report, and the reports overview shows where this sits among the rest.
Per-call transfer detail is how you settle disputes about who dropped a deal. A VICIfast box logs every transfer this way and is dialing in under 40 seconds. See our pricing to get set up.
