Closer
An agent specialized in the second half of warm-transfer flows.
A closer is an agent role specific to warm-transfer outbound flows. The fronter qualifies the lead; the closer takes the warm transfer + closes the sale.
VICIdial doesn't have a user_level=closer — closers are just agents who log in to a closer In-Group rather than the outbound campaign directly.
Closers usually have higher commission, more product training, and tighter quality-monitoring than fronters.
