VICIfast for agencies running multiple clients
Agencies running VICIdial for multiple clients can spin up a separate single-tenant dialer per client on VICIfast, each with its own branded subdomain, billed month-to-month with no shared infrastructure.
If you run a call center agency and manage dialing for more than one client, the cleanest architecture is a separate Single tenant VICIdial box per client. VICIfast lets you provision each one independently, give it a Branded subdomain that looks like the client's own system, and bill it month-to-month without a long contract.
This is different from trying to carve up a single dialer into multiple virtual call centers. A shared box means shared risk: one client's misconfig can affect another client's calls, and separating their recordings, lead data, and reporting requires careful VICIdial group configuration. A separate box per client removes that complexity entirely.
One box per client, one subdomain per client
When you provision a server for a client, VICIfast creates a Branded subdomain on the VICIfast domain (or on a custom domain if configured) and issues a Let's Encrypt TLS certificate automatically. The client's Agent team logs in at that subdomain, sees VICIdial with that client's branding, and has no visibility into any other client's data.
Each server is fully independent. The client's Call recording files, lead lists, Campaign settings, and dispositions are on their own box and nowhere else. If you terminate one client's contract and decommission their dialer, it has zero effect on any other client's running server.

Branding for each client
VICIfast reads brand configuration from the database at request time. Each server can carry its own logo, color scheme, and support contact settings. The VICIdial agent screen, the branded Webphone, and the client-facing subdomain all reflect those settings. From the client's perspective, they are logging into their own system, not a third-party tool you are reselling.
Agencies that need to white-label more deeply can also configure the branded agent screen so the VICIdial interface itself shows the client's colors and logo rather than VICIfast defaults.
Carrier and compliance separation
Because each client's server is isolated, each client brings their own SIP trunk and carrier account. There is no shared trunk where one client's call volume or DNC (do not call) compliance issues can bleed into another client's traffic. This separation also helps with compliance record-keeping: each client's Recording retention and data export are fully independent.
Billing per client
Each server is billed as its own subscription, month-to-month. If a client churns, you cancel their server at the end of the billing period. There is no penalty for removing a server, and you are not paying for a seat you no longer need. Agencies that want to pass the VICIfast invoice through to the client directly can do so because each server has its own subscription and invoice history.

If you are evaluating whether to manage your own VICIdial install versus using a managed host, the dedicated VPS post covers what that separation means in practice.
