What the "Show QC Campaigns" screen shows
The Show QC Campaigns screen lists every QC-enabled campaign, its review statuses, and links straight into the leads waiting in audit.
Once quality control is switched on for one or more campaigns, you need a single place to see which campaigns are being reviewed and which calls are waiting. The Show QC Campaigns screen is that place. It is a roll-up view that gathers every QC-enabled campaign onto one page so a reviewer or admin does not have to open each campaign one at a time to figure out where the audit work is.
What the screen lists
The page shows one row per Campaign that currently has QC turned on. For each row you get the campaign ID, the campaign name, and the call statuses that were chosen for review on that campaign. A Disposition is the result an Agent saves at the end of a call, and only the statuses you picked as reviewable feed the audit queue — so this column tells you exactly which outcomes a given campaign is auditing.
If a campaign you expect is missing from this list, that almost always means QC was never enabled on it, not that there are no calls. The screen only knows about campaigns that have the feature on.
Clicking a campaign ID
The campaign ID is a link. Click it and you drop into the list of leads that are currently in the audit process for that campaign. A Lead is a single contact record, and here the records are grouped by Status (lead status) — the Called status each call ended on — and arranged by their last-modified date and time, so the most recently touched records sit where you expect them. Each lead also carries a link to review the full record, which is how a reviewer moves from a count on a summary page to an actual call to score.

Because the QC settings live on the campaign itself, each row also carries a modify link. That link opens the campaign detail view, the same screen where the reviewable statuses, expiry window, and claim limit are configured. The point of putting it here is convenience: an admin can scan every audited campaign on one page and jump straight into the settings of any of them without hunting through the full campaign list. It keeps tuning your audit setup close to where you read its current state.
Once you have used a campaign ID to open its audit list and started reviewing, the next step is claiming a call so it becomes yours to score. That flow is covered in how to claim a QC call. For the full picture of how every QC piece connects, read the quality-control guide.
