Agent dispositions

NPNo pitch, no price

A contact that ended before the agent could present the offer or quote a price.

NP marks a conversation that never got far enough to be a real attempt: the agent reached somebody, but no pitch was made and no price was quoted. Wrong person, bad moment, call cut short.

When VICIdial sets it

Agent-selected. Nothing automatic produces NP — it only exists because someone on the floor decided the call never became a real presentation.

What to do

  • Write the meaning into the status name your agents see. "No pitch / no price" is only obvious to whoever set it up.
  • Track NP against declines. A pile of NP with few declines usually means agents are getting stopped in the opening seconds, which is a script problem.
  • These leads are worth another pass. Nobody has actually heard your offer yet.
  • Break NP down by hour and by list. When it clusters, the problem is usually the data or the time of day rather than the agents.
