The agent closed the deal — the status every other code on the floor is measured against.
Sale-safe
SALE is the outcome the whole campaign exists for. It is agent-selected, and it carries the sale flag that every conversion report on the system reads.
When VICIdial sets it
Only when an agent picks it. There is no automatic path to a sale.
What to do
- Check that the sale flag is actually ticked on this status, and on any custom sale codes you add. Reports count the flag, not the letters — a sale code with the flag off is invisible.
- Consider a minimum call length so a sale cannot be picked seconds into a call by accident.
- If you run quality control, remember that a reviewed sale can end up on a QC status afterwards — build your reporting around the flag rather than around the single code.
