Onboarding & white-glove setup — what each tier includes

One-time, human-delivered setup for your VICIdial server: the $99 call, the $249 Plus, and the $499 white-glove migration. What each covers, how to buy, and what happens after you pay.

Onboarding is a one-time, human-delivered service: we sit with you (screen-share) until your dialer is genuinely working — not just provisioned. It is available during checkout as an addon, or any time afterwards from your server’s Addons page. One-time charge, never monthly, never rebilled.

The three tiers

  • Onboarding call — $99 one-time. One hour together: your SIP carrier connected and registered, your first campaign built, and a full agent login walkthrough for your team.
  • Onboarding Plus — $249 one-time. Everything in the call, plus we import your first lead list (with dedup, DNC scrub, and column mapping done for you), tune your dispositions to your floor, and set your firewall profiles with you.
  • White-glove migration — $499 one-time. Done-for-you move from ViciBox or another host: we run the migration ourselves, verify every list, campaign, ingroup, and DID against the old box, and sit with your first shift on the new server.

How to buy

  1. During checkout: pick a plan, and on the Configure step (Step 2) tick the Onboarding tier you want under Addons. The price shows as a one-time charge and is collected with your first payment.
  2. After checkout: open your server’s page, click the ⋮ menu, choose Manage addons, and pick a tier. It charges once from your wallet (or card) immediately — no subscription is created.

What happens after you pay

  1. Our team is notified instantly with your server and contact email.
  2. We email you within one business day to schedule the session at a time that suits your floor.
  3. On the call we work through the tier’s checklist with you live. You watch and drive; we guide and fix.
  4. Afterwards you get a written summary of everything configured, plus links to the matching help articles so your team can repeat it themselves.

Good to know

  • It is a one-time charge — there is no renewal, ever. The price only counts once even on annual plans.
  • Top-tier plans (Velocity, Turbo, Hyper) include onboarding at no charge; mid-tier plans get a discounted rate.
  • White-glove migration uses the same proven ViciBox migration pipeline as the self-serve tool — the difference is we do it for you and verify it line by line.
  • If we cannot complete a paid onboarding for any reason on our side, it is refunded in full, automatically.
