How to find help
Search the help center, browse by category, message support, or check platform status.
Three ways to get an answer, fastest first.
1. Search the help center
The search box at the top of the help index (vicifast.com/help) runs a full-text search across every published customer article. Title matches rank highest, then excerpts, then body text — so searching for "billing" puts the billing article at the top.
2. Browse by category
The help index groups articles into curated categories — Getting started, Daily work, Customer FAQ, and more. Each entry shows the article’s title and a short excerpt, so you can scan a whole topic quickly. Only customer-facing content appears here; internal runbooks are filtered out.
3. Message support
- Sign in to your dashboard and go to /dashboard/support.
- Click the chat button to start a new conversation in the support messenger.
- Describe the problem — if it concerns a server, mention the server’s name. Your previous conversations stay listed on the same page, so you can pick any of them back up.
We typically respond within 4 hours during business days. Can’t sign in, or not a customer yet? Use the "Talk to us" link on the help index, or the Support email link in the page footer.
Check platform status
If something feels platform-wide rather than specific to your account, check vicifast.com/status for the platform’s current operational state. For anything about your own server, your dashboard is the source of truth — open your server and click the health badge near the top of the page for live health and recent incidents.
