How to find help

Search /help, browse by category, or open a ticket.

Three ways to get answers:

1. Search

The search box at /help runs Postgres full-text search across every customer-visible article. Title matches rank highest, body matches lower — so searching for "billing" finds the billing-and-cancellation article first.

2. Browse by category

Categories on the help index are curated. Customer-facing categories show up automatically; internal categories are filtered out. Each category shows article titles + short excerpts.

3. Open a support ticket

If the help center doesn't answer your question, sign in to your dashboard and go to /dashboard/support. Tickets are answered during business hours (UTC). High-severity tickets (server down, billing dispute) page on-call out-of-hours.

Status check

If something seems platform-wide rather than account-specific, check /status — incidents are posted there in near-real-time. Subscribe via the contact link in the page footer if you want email updates.
