What is this platform?

VICIfast is managed VICIdial hosting. You sign up, pick a plan, and typically within a minute you have your own cloud server running a hardened, pre-installed VICIdial — reachable on a branded subdomain over HTTPS, with no install scripts and no certificate wrangling.

What you get

• A dedicated cloud server of your own — a full VM running VICIdial, Asterisk, and its database, shared with no one.
• VICIdial pre-installed and configured to current best practices, behind a default-deny firewall (see the Manage Firewall guide).
• HTTPS via Let’s Encrypt, issued and renewed automatically.
• A subdomain like yourname.vicifast.com, or your own domain pointed at the server with a simple DNS record.
• Cloudflare DNS in DNS-only mode — traffic is never proxied, so calls flow directly between your carriers, your agents, and your server.
• Root SSH access if you want it: add your public key in the dashboard and connect with ssh root@your-server-ip.

What you bring

• Your SIP carrier — we don’t resell minutes.
• Your dialer plan: lists, campaigns, and agents.
• Your compliance posture. You operate the dialer, so you own the calls and the rules around recording them.

Good to know

• Recordings live on your server, and playback streams from it live — we never keep a playable copy. Two opt-in exceptions: the backup add-ons copy recordings into your backup storage, and the AI call-analysis feature processes the recordings you choose to analyse.
• We never proxy SIP or RTP — calls go straight to your box.
• The platform does read dialer metadata — campaigns, agents, and call statistics — to power your dashboard, reports, and health monitoring. That is how the UI works.
