Forwarding Portal — how minutes are billed
Per-inbound-minute, including ring, rounded up, debited from your wallet.
Usage is billed per inbound minute on forwarded calls, measured from when the call reaches the master to hangup — including ring time — and rounded up to the whole minute (a 5-second call bills one minute; a 61-second call bills two).
- Charges are debited from your prepaid wallet shortly after each call ends.
- At a zero balance, new inbound calls are rejected until you top up.
- Rejected calls (no available destination, out of hours, blocked) are not charged.
- See per-call minutes and cost in the flow's Call Log tab.
Some accounts also carry a flat monthly add-on fee for the Forwarding Portal, separate from per-minute usage. When it applies, it's debited from your wallet once a month (and retried daily if your balance is short). Both your per-minute rate and any monthly fee are shown on the Inbound Seller page; everything rides the same prepaid wallet.
Calls a flow passes on to toll-free numbers bill at your termination per-minute rate, shown alongside the forwarding rate on the same page.
