Forwarding Portal — reports, exports & scheduled emails
Tabbed analytics with period compare, PDF/PNG/CSV/Excel export, and recurring email digests.
Forwarding reports live at Inbound Seller → Reports (all flows) and on each flow's Reports tab (that flow only). Pick a date range and timezone at the top; every tab and KPI updates together. Each headline KPI shows a delta versus the immediately preceding period (e.g. this 30 days vs the prior 30) with a small trend sparkline.
Tabs
- Overview & trends — calls, delivered, answer rate, ASA, spend; daily delivered-vs-missed, spend split, peak hours, and a weekday × hour heatmap.
- Outcomes & failover — where calls went, why they missed (caps / out-of-hours / no balance), and the failover rate.
- Buyers, toll-free & DIDs — per-buyer, per-toll-free-number (answer rate, ASA, spend), and per-inbound-number performance.
- Caller intel & spend — line-type split (mobile / landline / voip), repeat callers, cost trend (slave vs toll-free vs settled), and settled-vs-pending spend.
- Call log — every call with type, disposition, destination, recording playback and AI analysis.
Exports
- PDF — the toolbar's PDF button downloads the active tab (KPIs, charts and tables) as a multi-page PDF.
- PNG — each chart has its own download button for a single image.
- CSV / Excel — every table exports to CSV or .xlsx from its own toolbar.
Email — now or on a schedule
The Email… button opens a dialog where you choose the report, range, recipients and attachment format (Excel, CSV, or a summary-only email), then either Send now or set a Daily / Weekly schedule at a time you pick. Scheduled digests arrive automatically with the KPI summary inline and the data attached. Manage or pause existing schedules from the same dialog.
