Forwarding Portal — overview

Distribute inbound calls from one master server across your other servers by rules.

The Forwarding Portal — Inbound Seller in your dashboard — turns your servers into a call-distribution network. Inbound calls land on a master server's DID, and we route each call in real time to a destination you picked: one of your other servers (an Inbound Buyer) or a toll-free number. You control the spread with priority order, weighting, a max-live-calls cap per destination, and time-of-day schedules.

How it works

  1. Point your carrier's DID at a master server you already run with us. You bring the numbers — we don't sell DIDs.
  2. Pick the destinations to distribute to — Inbound Buyers, toll-free numbers, or a mix — and set each one's priority, weight, and live-call cap.
  3. We build the trunks and whitelist the IPs automatically — nothing to configure on the boxes.
  4. Calls route in real time. If a destination is full or down, the next eligible one takes the call.

Setup takes about five minutes — see "Forwarding Portal — setting up a flow".

Pricing

Forwarded calls bill per inbound minute from your prepaid wallet — including ring time, rounded up to the whole minute. Some accounts also carry a flat monthly add-on; your exact rate and any fee are shown on the Inbound Seller page. If your wallet hits zero, new inbound calls are rejected until you top up — so keep a balance. Full details: "Forwarding Portal — how minutes are billed".
