Topping up with USDT-TRC20

You can fund your wallet with USDT on the Tron (TRC-20) network. We quote you an exact amount with a few extra trailing decimals — those digits are how your deposit is recognized — and once the transfer confirms on-chain the credit lands automatically, typically within 1–3 minutes.

Step by step

1. Click Wallet in the left sidebar and scroll inside Add funds to the USDT-TRC20 (Tron) section.
2. Type the dollar amount you want credited into Amount in USD (credits this much to wallet). The minimum is $25.
3. Click Generate quote.
4. The page shows an exact amount (for example 100.0073 USDT), the Network (Tron (TRC-20)), and a Send to address. Copy them with the copy buttons.
5. From your own crypto wallet (Trust Wallet, Binance, OKX, etc.), send exactly that amount on the Tron (TRC-20) network to that address. The trailing digits are how we recognize your payment — they matter.
6. Wait for the network to confirm. Funds appear automatically, typically within 1–3 minutes — refresh the Wallet page if you do not see the balance move yet.

Good to know

• The quote expires after about an hour. If it lapses, generate a new one — or click Cancel quote to abandon it yourself. Cancelling never refunds anything because nothing was sent yet.
• Send the exact amount. A rounded 100.00 instead of 100.0073 cannot be matched to your quote automatically; the deposit lands in a manual-review queue and an admin credits it by hand, which takes longer.
• Send only USDT on the Tron (TRC-20) network. Transfers on any other network never reach the address our watcher monitors — if this happens, contact support.
• Top-ups up to $2,000 credit automatically. Larger deposits are verified by an admin before the credit lands — usually within one business day.
• Network fees come out of your side, not the deposit: the platform receives the full amount you send. Confirm in your wallet app that the receive amount equals the quote before sending.
• Like every top-up, USDT credit is non-refundable and never expires.
