Topping up with USDT-TRC20
Step-by-step instructions for paying with Tether on the Tron network.
You can fund your wallet with USDT on the Tron (TRC-20) network. The flow is intentionally simple: we quote you an exact amount with a few extra trailing decimals so we can recognize your specific deposit. Once the transfer confirms on-chain, our watcher matches it and credits your wallet within an hour.
Step-by-step
Go to /dashboard/wallet and scroll to the USDT-TRC20 section.
Enter the USD amount you want to add (minimum is whatever the platform admin set — typically $25).
Click Generate quote. You'll see:
The exact amount to send (e.g.
100.0073 USDT). The trailing digits matter — they're how we match your payment to your account. Our receive address.
An expiry timer (24 hours).
Open your wallet (Trust Wallet, Binance, OKX, etc.) and send exactly the quoted amount to the address. Choose the Tron (TRC-20) network — sending USDT on any other network won't reach us.
Wait for the network to confirm (usually under 30 seconds). Our watcher polls hourly; the credit will land within an hour of confirmation.
Important things to know
Exact amount only. If you send 100.00 instead of 100.0073, the deposit lands in our orphan queue and an admin will reach out to manually credit you — but it takes longer.
One quote at a time per amount. Refresh the page if you want to start over; cancelling a quote doesn't refund anything (you haven't sent yet).
Auto-credit cap. Top-ups above the configured cap don't credit instantly — they land in admin review for verification first.
Sending fees come out of your wallet, not the deposit. Tron's energy/fee model means the recipient gets the full sent amount. Always confirm in your wallet UI that the "Receive" amount equals what we quoted.
