Setting up your brand (logo, colors, support email)
Put your logo, colors, and support email on the agent login screen, agent screen, webphone, and firewall portal — one whitelabel pack, applied to any server in a click.
Your logo, your colors, your support email — on the agent login screen, the agent screen, the webphone, and the firewall portal your agents use to whitelist themselves. You put a branding pack together once, then apply it to any server or project in one click. This walkthrough takes about ten minutes.
Step 1 — Open Whitelabel Packs
- Log in to your VICIfast dashboard as the account owner. (Team members can see this page, but only the owner can edit branding.)
- Click Whitelabel Packs in the left sidebar — it sits under Products & Addons.
This page is your branding library. You can keep up to 5 packs, and each pack holds four things: a shared logo, a branded login screen, the firewall portal support email, and up to 3 webphone designs. Already have a server that looks right? Click Copy from server instead of starting from scratch — it snapshots that server’s branding into a new pack.

Step 2 — Create a pack and set your logo
- Click + Create pack, top-right.
- In Pack name, type something you will recognize later, like "Acme brand".
- You land on the Logo tab. This is the shared logo — it appears on the firewall portal, the agent screen, and as the webphone fallback.
- Click Upload image and pick your logo file. PNG, JPEG, SVG, or WebP, up to 1 MB. A wide horizontal logo on a transparent background looks best.
- No image handy? Fill in Text logo (used when no image) instead — your company name in plain text — and pick a Text weight: Regular, Semibold, or Bold.
If you set both, the image wins and the text is only a fallback. Clear image removes the uploaded file so the text version takes over.

Step 3 — Brand the login screen
- Click the Login Screen tab.
- Tick Enable branded login screen.
- Pick your Accent color — this colors the sign-in button and highlights. Click the color square, or type a hex code like #4f46e5.
- Choose a Backdrop: Gradient or Solid, then pick the Backdrop color behind the login card.
- Under Logo, pick Text or Image for the login card itself. Leave it on Text to reuse your company name.
- Fill in Heading (the big line above the card, like "Sign in to Acme") and Footer (the small line under it, like "Powered by Acme").
- Leave Hide VICIdial version / title ticked if you don’t want the stock VICIdial version line on the page.
Watch the live preview on the right as you type — what you see is what your agents get.

Step 4 — Set the support email on the firewall portal
- Click the Firewall Portal tab.
- Type your address into Support email (optional) — for example support@acme.com.
The firewall portal is the public page (firewall.

Step 5 — Style the webphone (optional)
If your agents take calls in the browser webphone, click the Webphone tab and Add variant. You can keep up to 3 designs; the one marked Active is what agents get. Per variant you pick a Theme (Dark or Light), an Accent color, the Density (Compact or Comfortable), your Company name, whether to Show dialpad, and a Logo (text or image). The live preview next to the settings shows the real webphone as you edit.
Step 6 — Save and apply the pack
- Click Create pack (or Save pack if you were editing).
- Back on the Whitelabel Packs page, find your pack’s card.
- Under Apply to, pick a server — or pick a project to brand every server in it at once.
- Click Apply →. You will see "Pack applied — pushing to the server(s)".
The card’s Applied to line shows which servers are live with this pack, and the server’s own page shows the pack name in its header. On a running server the new look lands within about a minute; reload the agent login page to see it.
Good to know
- Editing a pack does not update servers it was already applied to. After making changes, click Apply → again on each server or project that should pick them up.
- Applying pushes to the box right away only on running servers. If the server is stopped, re-apply once it is back up.
- The busy in-call agent screen keeps its standard VICIdial layout on purpose — branding there is your logo in the header. The full visual restyle (colors, backdrop, heading) is on the login screen your agents see first.
- The support email lives on the firewall portal footer only. System emails from VICIfast itself — invoices, alerts, password resets — keep VICIfast branding.
- Logo uploads accept PNG, JPEG, SVG, or WebP up to 1 MB. Bigger or different formats are refused with an error message, nothing breaks.
- Only the account owner can create, edit, apply, or delete packs. Team members see a read-only note instead.
- Deleting a pack does not un-brand servers it was applied to — their current look stays until you apply a different pack.
