Survey and broadcast
SVYRECSurvey sent to record
The survey recorded the customer’s spoken response instead of routing the call — survey campaigns only.
SVYREC marks a survey call where the customer was recorded: rather than handing them to an extension or a voicemail box, the campaign captured their answer as audio.
When VICIdial sets it
Automatically, on survey campaigns configured to record responses.
What to do
- Have a process for listening to the recordings, and a place for what you learn to go. Otherwise the campaign generates audio nobody hears.
- Check your storage and retention. Recorded responses accumulate faster than most people expect.
- Confirm your consent wording covers recording in every region you dial.
- Name the recordings something you can search later. A folder of timestamped files with no campaign or list attached is a folder nobody opens twice.
- Sample a handful every week. Survey recordings are the only place customers speak in their own words, and they are the fastest way to spot a question that is not landing.
