SVYCLMSurvey sent to call menu
The survey passed the customer to a call menu — survey campaigns only.
SVYCLM records a survey response that sent the customer into a call menu, where a second set of options takes over from the survey message.
When VICIdial sets it
Automatically, on survey campaigns whose survey method points at a call menu.
What to do
- Keep the two layers short. A survey followed by a menu is a lot of keypresses for someone you called out of the blue.
- Trace what happens inside the menu — the survey status only tells you they arrived, not what they chose.
- Make sure every menu branch ends somewhere staffed or recorded.
- Confirm the call menu answers immediately. A pause between the survey and the menu is exactly where customers hang up.
- Reuse an existing menu only if its greeting still makes sense to somebody who arrived from a survey rather than by dialling you directly.
