Lead lifecycle
MLINATMulti-lead alt-dial lead deactivated
Multi-lead auto alt-dial took this lead out of rotation by marking it inactive.
Multi-lead auto alt-dial lets a campaign work several lead records that belong to the same customer as one unit. When that feature decides one of those records should no longer be dialed, it marks it inactive and stamps MLINAT on it.
When VICIdial sets it
Automatically, and only on campaigns that have multi-lead auto alt-dial turned on. If you have never enabled it, this code should not appear on your system at all.
What to do
- Read it as "handled elsewhere", not as a customer outcome. The real result of the conversation lives on the sibling record that stayed active.
- Leave it out of contact-rate and drop-rate maths, and out of your dial statuses — re-dialing it undoes what the feature just did.
- If MLINAT appears on a campaign you did not configure for multi-lead dialing, check the campaign’s alt-dial settings before you go looking for a bug.
