DISPODisposition screen abandoned
The agent was on the disposition screen and closed the browser without choosing anything.
DISPO is the most frustrating of the abandoned-session codes, because the call is over and the agent got all the way to the last step. They were looking at the disposition list when the browser closed.
When VICIdial sets it
Automatically, for a session that ended on the disposition screen. It tells you exactly where the agent was, which makes it more useful than the general agent-error code.
What to do
- Read the recording before recycling. A completed call sits behind every one of these, and it may have been a sale.
- Look at end-of-shift clusters. Agents closing the browser on the last call of the day is the classic pattern.
- Shorten the disposition list if agents hesitate on it. Long lists get abandoned more often than short ones.
- Check the timing against your shift pattern. These records show where the working day ends in practice, whatever the rota says.
