Reseller program — what you get

The reseller program lets you offer managed VICIdial hosting under your own brand and domain, with VICIfast doing the heavy lifting underneath (provisioning, TLS, backups, infra monitoring). Your customers see your logo, your support email, and your pricing — they never know we are behind it.

How the money flows

You operate at two-layer billing:

• Customer wallet — your customers pay you at retail. You set the price.
• Reseller wallet — you pay us at wholesale. Wholesale is retail × (1 − your tier’s wholesale markdown), or a per-plan override if you set one.

Both wallets are debited atomically when a customer order finalizes — if your reseller wallet can’t cover, the order is refused entirely (your customer is not charged either). Top up your reseller wallet via Stripe, PayPal, USDT, or admin credit.

What you bring

• Your own domain (we verify it with a DNS TXT record at _vicifast-verify.yourdomain.com and mint a TLS cert via ACME DNS-01).
• Your own Resend account (your customer emails ship from your sender; we don’t relay through the VICIfast Resend account).
• Your customer-facing payment rails — bring your own PayPal client credentials, USDT-TRC20 wallet addresses, or run manual settlements.
• Your wholesale funding — you keep enough balance in your reseller wallet to cover provisioning, monthly renewals, and your tier’s retainer fee.

What VICIfast does

• Operates the underlying infra — provisioning, snapshots, TLS, backups, on-call.
• Bills you at the tier wholesale rate; you bill your customers at retail.
• Provides the customer-portal surface under your brand (brand assets are read from your BrandConfig at request time).
• Takes over support tickets your team escalates to the platform.

Apply and get set up

1. In your dashboard, open Become a reseller (/dashboard/become-reseller), pick your preferred tier, and submit the application. We approve within 24-48 hours after a short call.
2. Once approved, set your brand assets (logo, name, support email) under Reseller → Brand.
3. Add your domain under Reseller → Domains, create the DNS TXT record we show you, and click verify — we mint the TLS cert automatically once DNS checks pass.
4. Connect your Resend account under Reseller → Email so customer emails ship from your sender.
5. Configure how your customers pay you (PayPal credentials, USDT-TRC20 addresses, or manual settlement) under Reseller → Customer payments.
6. Top up your reseller wallet under Reseller → Wallet, then set your retail prices under Reseller → Plans.

Good to know

• Your reseller wallet must cover every order before it provisions — an empty wallet means refused orders, not debt.
• Until your Resend account is verified, customer-facing emails fail closed (logged as failed) rather than falling back to the VICIfast sender — set email up before you invite customers.
• Your tier sets your wholesale markdown, monthly retainer, and trial allowance; the admin confirms the final tier at approval.
