How the affiliate program works

Share a link, earn 15% on every paid customer order, 30-day refund hold before payout.

Sign up at your affiliate dashboard with a referral code (3-40 alphanumerics or dashes), pick a payout method, and start sharing your link:

Attribution

Anyone who lands on a VICIfast page with ?ref=YOUR_CODE gets a cookie set in their browser for 90 days. When they sign up (within that window), they're permanently attributed to you. First-touch-on-signup wins — a user can't be reassigned to a different affiliate later, even if they click another affiliate's link.

Commission

Default rate is 15% (1500 basis points) of the customer's paid order total. Admin can adjust per-affiliate after approval. Commission is earned the moment the customer's wallet finalizes their order — it's instantly visible on your dashboard in the EARNED state.

30-day refund hold

Every commission spends 30 days in EARNED before flipping to APPROVED. During that window:

If the upstream order gets refunded (provisioning failure within 1h, or admin manual refund tied to that server), your commission is clawed back automatically. Your lifetime total decreases.
If nothing goes wrong, the daily cron flips it to APPROVED at the 30-day mark, ready for the next payout batch.

Payouts

Approved commissions accumulate until admin runs the payout cycle. We support PayPal, USDT-TRC20, and bank wire. You must have a tax form (W-9 or W-8BEN) on file before your first payout clears — admin marks this on your account once you've sent it in.

When admin marks a batch PAID, you get an email with the transfer reference and amount. The commissions flip to PAID on your dashboard. There's no minimum payout threshold today; admin batches as they see fit (typically monthly).

What disqualifies attribution

Self-referral. The system refuses to attribute you to yourself.
Already attributed. If the user signed up under a different affiliate's link first, you don't get credit even if they later click yours.
Suspended account. If admin has suspended your code, new signups don't accrue commission. Existing commissions remain valid.
