User Group
VICIdial's permission scoping — controls which campaigns a user can see and join.
A User Group is a permission bucket in VICIdial. Each user belongs to one. The group controls:
- Which campaigns appear in the agent screen
- Which in-groups the agent can take calls from
- Which lists they can edit
- Reports they can view
For a single-tenant deployment, you might have one group called AGENTS. For multi-tenant (e.g. agencies running multiple clients on one VICIdial), separate user groups per client.
