Quality control

QCCANCQC cancelled

The quality-control review on this record was cancelled rather than passed or failed.

QCCANC covers records that left the review queue without a verdict. The review was cancelled, so the call is neither approved nor rejected.

When VICIdial sets it

When the QC process on that record is cancelled in the QC screens.

What to do

  • Look at why. A steady stream of cancellations usually means the QC queue is bigger than the reviewers can handle.
  • Decide what a cancelled review counts as in your reporting, and write it down — otherwise these records quietly land in whichever bucket suits the day.
  • Keep them visible. Anything with no verdict is the easiest thing on a QC dashboard to lose.
  • Set an expectation for how quickly reviews happen. Cancellations often mean records aged out of everyone’s attention rather than anybody deciding anything.
  • Check whether the same agents or campaigns keep turning up here. Cancelled reviews cluster around whatever is hardest to assess.
