Listen, whisper, barge

The three monitor modes VICIdial has always had. Press *1 to listen silent, *2 to whisper to the agent only, *3 to barge into the call.

IP-whitelisted by default

The monitor extension only answers from IPs in your firewall whitelist. No drive-by listening from the public internet.

Works from any softphone

Zoiper, Linphone, a hardware phone, the VICIdial webphone — register against the monitor extension and dial in.
