Who connects GoHighLevel to VICIdial?
Agencies and lead-generation companies connect GoHighLevel to VICIdial when their funnels and forms produce more leads than a few people on GHL's built-in phone can reach quickly.
GoHighLevel (also called GHL or HighLevel) covers the marketing side: funnels, forms, text and email follow-up, pipelines, and one sub-account per client. VICIdial is the open-source predictive dialer many call floors run on, built to keep a room of agents talking. The usual setup is a client's ads feeding GHL, GHL handing each new lead to VICIdial, and the call result going back to GHL to decide the next text, email or appointment. VICIfast is managed VICIdial hosting and has built GoHighLevel integrations before; the shared CRM patterns are on VICIdial CRM integration, and the playbook for running the floor is on VICIdial for lead generation.
How do GoHighLevel's pieces line up with VICIdial?
Each GoHighLevel piece has a natural home in VICIdial, and agencies care most about keeping clients apart.
| GoHighLevel | VICIdial | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Sub-account, one per client | A campaign and list per client | User groups limit agents to their own client's campaigns |
| Contact, with tags and custom fields | A lead, with the GHL contact ID stored on it | The ID is what lets results find their way back |
| Workflow | The trigger that sends a contact to the dialer | Fires on a form, a tag or a stage change |
| Opportunity in a pipeline | Moved by the call result | "Appointment set" can move the card without anyone touching it |
| Tags | One tag per disposition | Lets your existing workflows react to call outcomes |
How quickly can a new GHL lead be called?
A new GoHighLevel lead can reach an agent as soon as the workflow fires and someone is free, because it does not have to wait for the next pass through the list.
A workflow's webhook action sends the contact to a small service, which checks it, scrubs it and calls VICIdial's non-agent API to add the lead straight to the hopper, the short queue VICIdial dials from. VICIdial still applies the campaign's calling hours in the lead's own time zone, so a form filled in at midnight waits until calling hours open. If some of a client's leads arrive from ping-post platforms rather than GHL forms, they can land in the same list, as described on lead distribution into VICIdial.
What happens in GoHighLevel after the call?
After each call, the disposition goes back to GoHighLevel as a tag, a note or a field update, and can move the opportunity to a new stage.
That is where GHL earns its place. A "no answer" tag can start the client's text follow-up, a "not interested" can end every sequence, and an "appointment set" can move the opportunity and notify the client. Agents can also book into the client's GHL calendar from the contact page that opens on the call. Any texting that follows a call still has to meet your consent rules; the integration only passes the signal on.
What does VICIdial do natively before any GHL code?
Natively, VICIdial can open the contact in GoHighLevel for each call and request a URL when the call is dispositioned.
GHL contact pages are addressed by the sub-account's ID and the contact's ID, so the campaign web form can open the right contact as the call connects, on your white-label GHL domain if you use one. The Dispo Call URL fires on every saved disposition. What a URL setting cannot do is pick the right sub-account's access, map a disposition to each client's own tags and stages, or retry when GHL is slow. That translation is the custom part, and every event VICIfast sends is signed with HMAC-SHA256, so the receiving side can prove it came from your dialer.
What sets the fixed fee for a GoHighLevel build?
The fee for a GoHighLevel build follows how many clients and how many outcomes the integration has to handle.
- Sub-accounts. One client is simpler than twenty, each with its own access, campaign and field names.
- Outcomes mapped. Each disposition that sets a tag, moves a stage or changes a field is one more rule to build and test.
- Direction. Leads in only, results back only, or both.
Against the published ranges on custom integrations, a single direction, such as dispositions written back as tags, fits the simple webhook band at $1,500-$3,000, while leads in, outcomes back and stage moves together sit in the two-way band at $5,000-$12,000. Most builds take 1-3 weeks. Your agents can also work on a custom agent screen with your agency's logo and colours, included on every plan for servers VICIfast manages.
Where VICIfast is not the right fit
If your clients need a few dozen calls a day, GoHighLevel's own phone features are enough. We do not sell a GHL marketplace app or snapshot, and VICIfast is not affiliated with HighLevel; this is an integration built on GoHighLevel's API. Agencies hoping to resell VICIdial hosting under their own brand should know the reseller programme is closed to new sign-ups while it is rebuilt.
Where to start
Pick one client sub-account, the workflow that should send leads to the dialer and the outcomes you want back, then book a discovery call. To see the dialer side first, start a free trial. If the same agency books jobs for home-services clients, read the VICIdial ServiceTitan integration page too.
