When teams ask us for this

You buy both calls and leads from one marketplace

They are two separate pieces of wiring even on one account. Kept separate at the point of arrival, they stay separable in reporting; merged, they never come apart again.

You run several marketplaces on one floor

A list or in-group per source, one set of agents. Which vendor is worth renewing becomes a report rather than an argument.

Your leads carry vertical-specific fields

Coverage type, current carrier, policy expiry. Mapped into per-campaign custom fields they reach the agent screen; unmapped, the agent asks what the lead already answered.

Consent certificates come attached

Many insurance sources carry a TrustedForm or Jornaya certificate. That is its own mapping, with its own length trap worth knowing about.

Insurance marketplaces are where the traffic starts. They sell calls, or leads, or both - and whichever they sell, it has to arrive somewhere a floor can work it. Point the delivery at your VICIfast box and it lands in a VICIdial in-group or list.

Integrations on demand. There is no connector to switch on. Our team wires your source to your server as a scoped piece of work, quoted per setup.

How it works

Whatever the marketplace calls its product, it delivers in one of two shapes, and you already know both:

If they send you a call, it is the pay-per-call routing mechanism. A destination number or SIP address, pointed at your box, landing in an in-group.

If they send you a lead, it is the ping-post mechanism. An HTTP delivery to the non-agent API, landing in a list with DNC checks on.

Several of these sell both, on the same account, into the same floor. That is normal and it is the reason the two mechanisms are documented separately - a marketplace integration is usually one of each rather than something new.

Being straight about what we have verified

We have verified the routing mechanisms in detail - the SIP-header path and the add_lead path are documented above and in use. What we have not done is read every one of these marketplaces' own API documentation, because most of it sits behind a buyer account.

So: the shape is certain, the field names are not. When you engage us we read your platform's docs against your account before quoting, rather than assuming a mapping that turns out to be wrong on the first live call. If a marketplace does something genuinely different, we will tell you that instead of pretending otherwise.

Setup, in order

  1. Establish which shape you are buying - calls, leads, or both.
  2. Follow the matching mechanism above. They are separate pieces of wiring even on one account.
  3. Split by source. Give each marketplace its own list or in-group so performance stays separable.
  4. Turn on DNC checks on every lead path.
  5. Test one of each before volume.

Gotchas

Buying both without separating them. Calls and leads from the same marketplace, landing in the same place, produce reporting nobody can act on. Separate at the point of arrival; merging later is much harder.

Vertical-specific fields get dropped. Insurance leads carry fields a generic mapping does not expect - coverage type, current carrier, policy expiry. Those go in per-campaign custom fields, and if nobody maps them the agent asks questions the lead already answered.

Consent certificates travel separately. Many of these carry a TrustedForm or Jornaya certificate. If that matters to you, it is its own mapping - see consent certification, including the length trap.

Questions we get asked

Can one server take feeds from several marketplaces?
Yes. Separate lists or in-groups per source; one floor works them all.
Do you have a relationship with these marketplaces?
No, and we will not imply one. You buy on your own account. We wire what you have bought to the dialer you run.
Which of these is best?
We have no view worth paying for. We see the wiring, not your close rates.
How do you know the field names for my marketplace?
We read your platform documentation against your account before quoting. The two delivery shapes are certain; the field names differ per source, and guessing them produces a broken first live call.
What does it cost to set up?
Scoped work, quoted per setup. The price depends on how many sources and how many fields, not on which marketplace.
