Software addons
Platform 7-Day Backup
$9/moDaily, 7-day retention
Every night your VICIdial database and your call recordings are copied off the box to storage we hold, and the last seven days are kept. Older copies are deleted automatically, so it never grows into a bill of its own. The server uploads straight to storage rather than through us, and any of the seven is yours to download whenever you need it.
Onboarding call
$149 one-timeone-time
1h screen-share - carrier connected, first campaign live, agent login walkthrough. One-time charge, not monthly.
Onboarding Plus
$299 one-timeone-time
Everything in the call, plus we import your first lead list, tune dispositions, and configure your firewall profiles with you. One-time charge, not monthly.
White-glove migration
$499 one-timeone-time
Done-for-you move from ViciBox or another host - we run the migration, verify every list/campaign/ingroup, and sit with your first shift. One-time charge, not monthly.
Infrastructure addons
Volume - 100GB
$10/mo100GB block
Another 100 GB of disk, formatted and mounted on your server for you. Recordings are what fill a dialer up, and this is the cheapest way to stop watching the free space. It is an ordinary volume, so use it for whatever you like. Billed monthly alongside the server.
Volume - 500GB
$50/mo500GB block
Another 500 GB of disk, formatted and mounted on your server for you. The size to pick when you keep recordings for months rather than weeks, or run enough agents that a hundred gigabytes disappears. Billed monthly alongside the server.
Not an addon
Managed Floor
A named VICIdial engineer runs your dialing operation — caller-ID reputation, DID rotation and warming, STIR/SHAKEN, spam-label remediation, carrier limits, answering-machine detection and abandonment. It also carries the four products we do not sell on their own: the AI Quality Auditor, TCPA Command Center, DID Reputation Center and Follow-Up Engine.
It is not on the list above because it is not a flat per-server price. It is priced on your plan’s seat band, from $1,900/mo on a 25-agent plan.
