Billing, refunds, and cancellation

Monthly or annual, USD only, single auto-refund window for provisioning failures.

Billing cycles

Pick monthly or annual at order time. Annual saves ~17% (you pay 10× monthly). All amounts are USD. Stripe Tax computes the correct sales tax / VAT based on your billing address.

Trials

The Trial / Starter plans include a 7-day free trial. We require a card at signup so we can convert seamlessly on day 7 — no surprise downtime if you forget. Cancel any time during the trial and you owe nothing.

Cancellation

Cancel from the dashboard: Server detail → Cancel. Cancellation is at-period-end by default — your server keeps running until your billing period ends, then it transitions through PENDING_CANCEL to TERMINATING. You can uncancel at any point before the period ends.

Refund policy

One automatic refund window: provisioning failures within 1 hour of payment. If our system can't produce a working VPS for any reason, the charge is reversed automatically. Outside that window we don't pro-rate or refund — when you sign up you're committing to the plan period you picked. Edge cases (billing errors, double-charges) are handled by support; open a ticket and we'll fix it.

Past-due → suspension → termination

If a charge fails, Stripe retries automatically (smart retries). Past day 7 the server is suspended (powered off, data preserved). Past day 30 the server is terminated and data is destroyed. Pay any time before that and the server resumes within minutes.
