Quick start
Order to first dial — server in under 60 seconds plus your typing time.
This is the fastest path from "no account" to "dialing your first call." Server provisioning itself is under 60 seconds; total time including typing your card and SIP credentials usually runs 10–15.
1. Create an account
Visit /register, enter your email, set a password. Verify the email link. You'll land on the dashboard.
2. Order a server
Click Order a server. Pick a plan size and a region. Plan size affects the included CPU + RAM and how many concurrent agents the box comfortably supports — see the pricing page for sizing guidance.
Region matters: pick the geography closest to your dialing market. Latency between agent and server matters more than between server and PSTN.
Pick a domain (we offer a free subdomain on launch, or BYO). Card validation, no charge until day 7 of the trial.
3. Wait a minute
The dashboard shows a live timer. Behind the scenes we're spinning up your server, creating its DNS record, requesting its TLS certificate, and configuring VICIdial.
You'll get an email with the admin URL when the server lands ACTIVE. Click through to set your VICIdial admin password (separate from your dashboard login).
4. Connect your SIP carrier
In VICIdial admin → Carriers → Add Carrier.
You'll need from your SIP provider:
- SIP server hostname or IP
- Username
- Password
- (Optional) outbound prefix
We don't resell SIP. Popular carriers our customers use: Twilio, Telnyx, Bandwidth, Voxbeam, Inteliquent, ringbridge.
Test with a dummy outbound call before going live.
5. Import leads + start dialing
Create a List, upload a CSV (the first line should be phone_number plus any custom fields). Create a Campaign, attach the list, set your dial level, hit Active.
Log in as an agent (6666 is the seeded admin; create an agent user before you go live), and you'll be calling.
