Snapshot-backed dropdowns everywhere

Every field that points at another VICIdial object renders as a dropdown sourced from a 30-second snapshot — campaigns, audios, call-times, dispositions, lists, in-groups, scripts. No more typing the campaign ID by hand and praying it matches.

Pill-style sub-nav, not tabs-inside-tabs

Each section (Times, Campaigns, Inbounds, Lists) gets a pill-style sub-nav for its sub-pages. Reads as in-page navigation, not a second competing tab strip.

Inline play button on audio fields

Pick an audio in any dropdown (greeting, AMD message, drop voicemail, after-hours, IVR prompt) and a play button appears next to it. Mints a same-origin signed URL so playback works around Hetzner Object Storage CORS.

Inline validation, single save

Every form does soft validation as you type and hard validation on save. The save button counts dirty fields so you know how many changes are queued. No 50-field form that wipes everything on a single bad value.

Bulk actions on every grid

Lists, leads, campaigns, in-groups, DIDs, call-menus — every grid supports bulk select with bulk activate / pause / delete. The legacy admin is row-by-row only.

You do not lose the legacy admin

Anything we have not surfaced is still reachable at /vicidial/admin.php. Configurator coverage is the daily-use field set; the deep CRM-style edge knobs stay where you remember them.

Keyboard-first power users welcome

Tab navigates fields in reading order, Cmd/Ctrl+S saves dirty fields, Esc cancels modals, / focuses search. The whole surface works without a mouse for operators who run on instinct.

Dark mode by default, light on request

Dashboard dark mode matches the rest of the platform — easier on the eyes during a 12-hour shift. Per-user toggle for daylight floors that prefer high contrast.
