This platform is a managed VICIdial hosting service. You sign up, pick a plan, and within ~7 minutes you get a dedicated cloud server running a hardened, pre-installed VICIdial under a branded subdomain over HTTPS — no SSH, no install scripts, no cert wrangling.

What we never touch

Recordings stay on your server. We don't proxy SIP/RTP. We don't have access to your call logs. The only data we hold is what you give us at signup — your billing email, plan choice, and server lifecycle metadata.
