List
A collection of leads tied to a campaign.
A list in VICIdial is a named collection of leads (vicidial_list rows) scoped to one campaign. Lists are how you organize batches of phone numbers — typically one list per source / batch / vendor.
Each list has:
- A list_id (numeric)
- A list_name
- A campaign_id (which campaign it belongs to)
- An active flag — turn off to pause without deleting
- A list description
Loading leads happens at the list level. DNC enforcement and recycling logic happen at the list level.
