Whisper

Supervisor talks to the agent without the lead hearing.

Whisper lets a supervisor talk to an agent during a live call — agent hears the supervisor, lead does not.

Use for:

  • Real-time coaching ("ask about their renewal date")
  • Pricing approval ("offer the 20% discount")
  • Compliance correction ("you need to disclose the recording")
